  “Just fancied a Chinese style grilled liver and onion golden Choi was recommended I must say I have never tasted anything so awful the liver was not grilled I have no idea if it even was liver there was more mushrooms than liver and the chips were just to greasy”

  “We ordered a combination box and when it arrived it had no salt and pepper seasoning on it. We rang them and we were told the chef read the ticket wrong and made it plain. They refused to remake it and told us that if we wanted a refund we would need to come down to the shop return the food and they’ll give us a refund minus the delivery fee. This was not possible for us as our baby was sleeping, so they then offered to collect it but we’d need to pay an additional delivery fee for them to collect our wrong order. Overall this is really bad customer service, if you make a mistake then you rectify it. We will not be ordering from here again”

  “We ordered food for delivery. After 2 hours and 35 minutes we still had no food. Rang for an update and they told us they still hadn’t even cooked it. We told them to cancel it and we had no apology or explanation.”

  “delivery time was super fast the staff members at Golden Chois were extremely helpful yet polite. i highly recommend the black bean dishes. chips are always on point and delicious free prawn crackers including my order”

  “I changed my review from a 1 star to a 5. I tried them again, having heard from others that this Chinese takeaway is really good. So the benefit of the doubt was given, and they have wowed me! Adorable food, delivered on time. It was very difficult to get through on the phone, and now I see why love.”
