  “Very disappointed. Ordered mc spicy and big arch and paparika fries and drinks and nuggest and schezwan sauce, was a 20£ order and missing shaker bags, paparika fries, schezwan sauce on top of that fries are cold and stale as well. How can one make an order so bad and miss that many items ? Disappointing.”

  “Used McDonalds app. Any issues are put on uber. Missing items in an unopened bag so it’s not uber. Stone cold. Next order will be with just eat and the palace grounds. This one isn’t great. They will Never ever give to a straw or a correct order”

  “Something i love is that no matter how many times i order. They always seem to forget atleast 1 thing in my order and ive just paid £6 for absolutely no reason. Its kinda like an inside joke we have going on 😀”

  “Unfortunately, the worst McDonald's i have went to. I always have a problem whenever i go and try to avoid at all costs. Slow service, cold stale food and forgotten items. I even had to cancel my order once on Christmas Eve as i had waited almost 15 mins for my order and was going to miss my train. What prompted this review on this visit was a missing sauce i paid for. Unfortunately i was a drive thru order and didn't realize until i was home. Avoid if you can!”

  “They always have only a fraction of the menu. If I order, they probably don't have half of it. Last week there was no Diet Coke or Diet Fanta, no Big Tasty, no Mini McFlurrys except Biscoff. The Galaxy has been out for weeks! They need to get their stock ordering and supply sorted out.”

  “Absolutely ridiculously slow drive through with staff incapable of recognising a customers lengthy wait or apologising for it!! Good customer service doesn’t exist - retraining recommended!! Poor management also as very often not got this or that - really needs a shake up”

  “Normally I'm optimistic about getting food from a fast food place button be 100% honest with you this particular branch for breakfast is the worst experience I've had with McDonald's. During the day and when orders are from the main menu it's fine but with the breakfast orders it's downright awful. I have had this issue before but this morning was an absolute joke, ordered a breakfast wrap without ketchup, eggs or bacon with a hash brown, should've been quicker to make right? Nope, took 15 to 20 minutes meanwhile nobody else was in at all even in the drive through. It really shouldn't take 20 minutes to make a breakfast wrap when nobody else has an order in so I left because it was digging into my normal morning routine and only when I was driving out did I see someone holding that brown paper bag full of grease. Keep in mind this has happened multiple times where it cut very close to me just walking out without food and today is the first day I've done so. TLDR: Even a simple order when you're the only one there can set you back 20 minutes or more.”

  “Delivery was stone cold frozen almost £18 never again. Dog had 3 patties. I had to open a tin of soup. Do NOT RECOMMEND if I could give 0 stars I would customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Almost £40 this week on 2 frozen cold deliveries. No help at all. Do not use #justeat either! Useless.”

  “Don’t order from here with delivery app. If you even get what you asked for the delivery service is ridiculous. Only orders 2 items. Drink came empty in a ripped wet bag and the driver laughed and walked away talking on his phone. Nobody answers the phone . No way to complain on the app or get a refund or replacement. Absolute disgrace. I don’t even usually leave reviews but since they don’t even want to acknowledge their customers then I don’t have any other choice”
