“To date the worst McDonald's hot chocolate I've had. Stopped for a comfort break, and bought a pair of hot chocolates, and not something we'll repeat anytime soon. Place could do with a proper scrub down and was generally minging. Date of visit 29/12/2025”

“First thing made was the ice cream then had to wait for the meal that laid on the side because the girl behind who supposed to be serving was more concerned about her phone and disrupting everyone from doing the job their employed to do. Manager launching the food along into the catch area burger looked a real mess”
