Customer Review Summary
Reviewers split sharply between the food and the delivery. Most praise the cooking, singling out the satay beef, salt and pepper squid, a special chow mein with big king prawns, and beef in a spicy curry that was soft. One calls it the best salt and chilli in the east end, and others name the banana fritter and plum noodles. Staff come up repeatedly as friendly, with one noting their care over allergies and another describing an extra fortune cookie for the children. Several received free items such as curry rolls, and one group order for ten adults was ready on time for collection with plenty left over. The complaints centre on delivery. Three reviewers describe waits of around two hours or more on weekend evenings, with one saying a driver was out with several orders at once and another saying they had to call repeatedly and got no apology. Some say the food arrived looking worn, tasting unseasoned, or with fried items burnt and too tough to chew.

“10 adults varied dishes from the menu we ordered. The food was excellent and we got free items as well. Loads of food portion sizes were spot on. Was still food left over. I had called through the week and placed a pre order for collection at 6pm. Went to collect at 6pm and everything was ready to go. First class service from the staff...thank you”

“Order took 2 and a half hours to arrive, we had to call multiple times and they never offered an apology. Food tasted off and like they hadn't seasoned it correctly when it arrived. Wouldn't recommend and won't be ordering again.”
