Customer Review Summary
The tawa is the dish reviewers return to most, described as delicious and well cooked. One diner calls it one of the best around West Yorkshire, and another says a tawa for two was a lot of food for the value. Fish and chicken boti draw particular praise, along with succulent meat and good curries. Close behind is the buffet, which one reviewer says includes Indian street food, among it a spherical take on a poppadom that staff let them try. Staff and owners are repeatedly called welcoming, friendly and accommodating, and one family notes they were never rushed. Several reviewers hosted birthday parties or a wedding chai stop, citing the spacious indoor party area, outdoor space where kids ran around, and chai that guests complimented. One reviewer also mentions clean toilets. Meals end with Indian spiced pink tea and scoop ice cream included in the buffet price, and several reviewers say they plan to return with family and friends.

“Great restaurant, food was delicious, we had pizza and nuggets for kids and family tawa’s for adults and everything tasted amazing, especially the fish and chicken boti- currys were also v good. There was nice outdoor seating and plently of space for the kids to have fun outside, but also the party area indoors was nice and spacious for large family parties. We were able to decorate the area and do a lovely birthday set up. Staff were very accommodating and calm- didnt rush us and always checked everything was ok throughout our visit, so the service was excellent. The restaurant was very clean including the toilets! Would definitely visit again and highly recommend .”

“Today (after meaning to do so for a while!) we visited Babar Khan for the first time. We received a really friendly welcome, the staff were amazing - showing us around, letting us try a new dish (like a poppadom but a sphere!) & giving us helpful tips too. The food was delicious, we went for the buffet option. We will most definitely be back with our family & friends. Thank you so much for having us & being such lovely hosts.”
