“The location and space is good and staff are friendly but unfortunately this place is always a mess every time we come. Here on a Sunday and not a single table clean table available, the outdoor area is always a mess with messy tables, rubbish on the floor, overflowing bins and long waits for drinks. Same state each time we come, it’s clearly understaffed and desperately needs some attention. It makes coming here a really unpleasant experience and you just want to leave as quickly as possible with a takeaway.”

“Hi. I use this Costa regularly to catch up with my sister. I went today as I fancied a coffee. There were only 3 staff working. It was busy. The young lady was making drinks. The young lad was taking orders and then turning around snd making some machine drinks. The elder male, instead of doing either, decided thst even though there were 15 people in queue, his time was better spent cleaning. No sense of urgency. My point is only to him, time management. Some prople got fed up snd left.”
