  “Considering the astronomical prices charged for drinks at this café, the seating area was absolutely diabolical and downright disgusting. The tables were left in a filthy, uncleaned state, with used coffee cups and drinking glasses abandoned on the majority of them. This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of attention to customer service. It made having a simple cup of coffee an extremely unpleasant experience. I certainly won't be returning to this Caffè Nero branch in Godalming unless standards improve dramatically.”

  “Have been coming here for more than a year now, recently doc said not to drink too much caffeine and had to share with my wife. When every other Cafe Nero coffee shop's understands, the manager is very money oriented. No smiles and not welcoming, will stop coming. Manager creates rules based on individuals appearance..”

  “Very off hand service.Won’t be back.just wanted to use up my nectar digital voucher for an espresso.Told was app issue & nothing go do with them when the voucher that is due to expire in 9 days didn’t register on their scanner.Then almost told off that I called a Cookie a biscuit-grow up!”
