  “Fed 11 of us as walk in and sat all of us down. Most of us had the carvery which was excellent, good selection of meats, all cooked well and all accompaniments, including nice yorkies. The remainder of our group had other main menu meals and the only complaint was the mash was a little lumpy. Apart from that no issues at all, service was speedy and all the staff were friendly, not bad at all for the cost.”

  “The food was lovely and there was a good range of meats. The staff were friendly, chatty and gave great service. The only downside, and this is just personal preference, we were sat near the bar so people kept bumping into us when walking by, it was so loud with music, chats and orders and we felt rather hemmed in. It was not relaxing at all for us. However, other people seemed really happy and had a good time. We were also there on a Sunday when it was at it's busiest. It was extremely pricey though, so only go if money isn't a worry.”

  “We visited while on Holiday. After reading good reviews. We Ordered the 2 course Carvary 1x meat 1x vegetarian. Plus a childrens meal. Plus 3 Drinks. We hadn't decided on a dessert at this point but I was charged £42.50, thinking we could go up and order our dessert. When we did this the unhelpful staff then tried to charge another £15.75 for our desserts. Needless to say we purchased an ice cream elsewhere. I would recommend avoiding this place.”

  “We all had lovely Carvery Roast, meats cooked deliciously and veg still with a nice crisp to them, not over cooked. It was a very busy lunch time and still the staff were lovely & helpful. They went out of there way to assist with a smile. Thank you”

  “Three of us popped in this afternoon for something to eat. It was comfortably busy and we were served swiftly at the bar where we ordered food and drinks. We were acknowledge by the chef who chatted whilst he brought out some food. We waited no more than a minute or two. The food looked fresh, good selection of meat and vegetables and was piping hot. Three empty plates say how delicious it was. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend. It goes without saying we'll be paying another visit soon.”

  “Visited this evening gor tea with family, chose not to gave the carvery and had 4 different meals.i had the rottiserie chicken which was served with fries and salad, on delivery the plate was hot and the salad was on the plate, i sent it back explaining salad should be served cold. Itveasctaked away and returned with the salad in a bowl but the fries were now cold and the chicken was black inside th erefore my tea was virtually non existent followed by a banofee pie which lacked banana taste. I will definately consider strongly before returning.”

  “We had such a great visit to Caister Castle carvery.The food was honestly the highlight for us! We all got a roast dinner and honestly it has to be the best around!! A big collection on deck and a range of meats. We couldn't fault it The staff were lovely too. Friendly, welcoming, and relaxed. They made the whole place feel warm and inviting without being over the top. It’s always nice when you’re greeted with a smile and made to feel comfortable. All in all, a brilliant visit with great food and a genuinely nice atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!”

  “Came for lunch and had the carvery. Meat plentiful, All food was lovely, gravy was perfect. Amazing desserts. The biscoff waffle and Biscoff cheesecake is to die for. The decor needs a bit of TLC but other than that it’s a great place to eat and best place for a carvery and even better than Toby.”

  “First time I visited today! and I liked the experience I had hear lots of options and choices they have on, we went for Sunday roast and the castle town burger! The food itself was delicious and absolutely filled us both up! We enjoyed the food and drinks tasty delicious and well presented! The staff themselves were nice and respecting! However our server was a little rude and didn't show much energy/enthusiasm of course this might of been down to how busy the restaurant was and maybe this college could have been doing a long day! Overall really nice place and nice food! Recommended!”
