  “Me and my family usually order from here on a friday night once a month and the food usually comes hot and fresh and all good. But tonight it was simply awful!! The food took two hours to be delivered and we literally dont live that far. The chicken was cold, fries were stone cold! The only slight decent thing was the shakes we ordered that's it. This takeaway order for tonight put me right off and we shall be not ordering from here anymore, lost a repeat customer here.”

  “We travelled 20 minutes to KFC to place our order and pick up to take home to the rest of the family. When we got home food was missing. The burger out of my partner's box meal wasn't there so he just had some coleslaw and a mini fillet. I ordered two sides of coleslaw and gravy, neither were in the bag. The two dips I paid for, they weren't in the bag. Really disappointed, yes we should have checked before making the journey home but really we shouldn't have to do people's jobs for them. We overheard two previous customers with bits missing from their orders too. It's not good when we spent £33 to barely get any of our orde, especially a main item in my partners meal!! Will not be returning.”

  “Got the wrong order tonight. Phoned the manager Richard, who said he could not rectify by giving a refund or sending the correct order, not really able to "manage anything" so left with a bill (for a lot mote food than we got) and left with np resolution! I can call his Businesz Manager Rosheen tomorrow and I am sure my belly will understand this. Cheers KFC”

  “Absolutely superb experience at this kfc. Drove past it on our way through grantham and decided to pop in for dinner. Not busy whatsoever aside from a few delivery drivers and a few folk in the drive thru. Lovely decor inside too. As we ordered our food at the kiosk we saw a notice for putting in your car reg for parking here! Never heard of this at a fast food restaurant before! We ordered and got our food pretty fast as we were the only customers. Food was absolutely amazing as it always is at kfc. Partner went to the bathroom before we left and he wasn’t impressed; rubbish on the floor and a mess in the loo. Not great! This was the only issue that arose though and i’d be happy to return.”

  “You order using a giant tablet. You could have your food brought to your table but there wasn't any table numbers available (I guess the staff didn't want to and had hid them). Food was nice and no complaints there. Staff? They need shocking to life, really unfriendly, just people "doing there job and can't wait to go home" was the feeling i got. No interaction with customers, no greetings, nothing, just your number called out. I did hear one operative speak and he had a heavy accent so maybe English wasn't his first language, but that's not their fault. As a whole? The store and toilets were clean. I didn't see any staff come into the eating area or vacated tables cleaned. It's only saving grace was the food was excellent albeit i had to watch my food going cold when the person left it to attend the drive through (this happened on a previous visit too, but we thought it was a 'one off'). Fries were exchanged without fuss.”

  “Honestly the worst service we’ve ever received. We stood at the counter for over 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. We both work in catering, so we completely understand that things can get busy or take time but that’s exactly why you acknowledge customers and let them know you’ll be with them shortly. It’s basic courtesy. What makes it worse is that when we arrived (just after 10pm), we were the only people there. There was no excuse not to at least acknowledge us. After waiting long enough, we moved to the other end of the counter. At that point, a couple of other customers walked in and went to the front of the serving counter, leaving us to rejoin at the back of the queue. They were then served before us, again without any acknowledgement. At this point I was genuinely shocked. As politely as I could, I said, “Excuse me, can you serve my partner please? She’s been waiting over 20 minutes,” and was completely ignored. That level of disrespect is astonishing. That was the final straw, so we left. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but people’s time is valuable. We drove there, waited all that time, and didn’t even receive the most basic level of service an we left with nothing but the disrespect that we recieved. Very disappointing. In a small town, experiences like this don’t go unnoticed. This certainly won’t be the last you hear about it.”

  “We had to wait for chicken but the staff came to the table and told us there would be a delay. They gave us our bottle of drink while we wait and then an extra free bottle with the food. Great service and staff. Because the chicken was all cooked fresh it was probably the best I've tasted.”

  “I am really disappointed with the experience I had at KFC Grantham. The food that arrived was completely unacceptable and far below what I would expect from a well-known brand. When we opened the order, the meal looked like it had been tossed around or carelessly handled before it reached us. The presentation was terrible everything was squashed, messy and instantly unappealing, as if no pride had been taken in preparing or packing it. On top of that, the food was stone cold by the time it arrived. It didn’t just feel lukewarm or slightly cooled it was genuinely cold, as though it had either been sitting out for a long time or not cooked and handled properly in the first place. For a hot meal that you’re paying good money for, this is simply not acceptable. The biggest issue, though, was the taste. After the first bite I genuinely felt sick. The food tasted awful, with a strange, unpleasant flavour that completely put me off eating any more. It didn’t resemble the usual standard you would expect from KFC at all. Instead of being enjoyable, it left me feeling like I’d wasted my money and my time. KFC Grantham should be embarrassed to serve food in that condition. As a customer, I expect at the very least something hot, fresh and edible, and this was none of those things. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from or visiting this branch again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.”

  “Good here was a good standard. It is easy to find and very accessible. Parking was limited and we had to wait for a space to become free. We ordered using a digital screen, it was very quick and easy. The service here was one of the quickest I have received from a KFC store and it tasted perfect. There was plenty of seating and it wasn't too busy. Plenty of space. The tables were clean and so was the store. The toilets were clean and tidy as well. There was a wheelchair accessible entrance here as well as wheelchair parking and toilets.”

  “I visited this KFC for the first time. Car Parking 🅿️ is available shared between Burger King. Toilets were stinking. I ordered my food using an KFC App, I just had to collect my food. Staffs were just standing, I asked for tomato ketchup and they all started looking each other. One is telling other to pass it on.”
