Customer Review Summary
Reviewers are split on this takeaway, and delivery speed and food quality are the recurring points. The most frequent praise is for hot food that arrives quickly, with the lemon chicken and the satay sauce named as favourites, and a few mention good portions and prices cheaper than competitors. The shrimps also earn a mention from one otherwise mixed reviewer. The complaints are just as specific. Several describe tasteless dishes, including chicken chow mein, chicken balls and seaweed, with sweet and sour chicken that was sweet rather than sour. Prawn crackers are called cardboard-like in one review and paper thin and broken in another. One reviewer reports hard bits in the prawn rice, and another says everything was covered in grease. Others raise lateness and missing items, and two say the phone rang unanswered when they tried to call. One pescatarian received chicken balls instead of the sweet and sour king prawn balls they ordered, so that dish went to waste.

“Decides to try this place because our usual Chinese started serving soggy chips and wow what a pleasant suprise. We've ordered twice from here now and couldn't be happier. Food arrives quick, hot and everything is delicious. Only checked the reviews recently, can't say I agree with any of the 1 star ratings personally.”

“I have ordered from here a few times on JustEat and usually don’t have anything negative to say but when I ordered tonight I did not receive what I ordered. 2/3 of my items were correct however I ordered the sweet and sour king prawn balls and was sent chicken balls instead and as I am a pescatarian (only eat seafood no other meat) they have to go to waste.”
