  “I received crispy chilli beef hardly cooked and no chilli sauce was watery. Also ordered sweet and sour chicken balls which were punk in the middle. I am a beast feeding mother bad and am appalled at the quality of food”

  “always love rainbows fresh and tasty not a long wait at all and free prawn crackers what's not to love. can pay with card over £12 and deffo good value and portion sizes. also does free delivery but pick up is fairly easy too”

  “Tried to place an order for collection, was told it would be two hours. However they were happy to deliver in one hour for an additional £1.90? We live a 30 second walk away. Fully appreciate Christmas Eve is probably one of the busiest nights of the year but cannot understand why if it’s getting delivered it takes an hour less to cook it!”

  “Bit of a mixed review. We received a menu in the post a couple weeks ago so thought we’d give it a try. Delivery was quick and it’s fairly well priced. However, delivery was advertised for £1.90 (on their new menu) but we were charged £2.80. Not much of difference I know but something to be made aware of for those who aren’t usual cash carriers. The salt and pepper chicken tasted like chicken balls with onion and the chicken with mushrooms didn’t really taste of anything. The chow mein tasted solely of oil. Maybe it was because it was a Friday night it wasn’t the best but glad we tried it.”

  “My partner and I are vegan and we have always been catered for excellently. We wouldn’t use anywhere else. The food is always piping hot and tastes amazing! Service is always friendly and my partner is affectionately referred to as “no egg man” which is funny. We couldn’t recommend this Chinese highly enough.”

  “Ordered takeaway and was reasonable. Was good for the price, though not the best we have ever had. Prawn crackers and a couple of other bits given for free owing to the cost of the takeaway. Cheap for a family trip away!”

  “New Rainbow Chinese Takeaway is our go-to spot for delicious Chinese food. We order from here about twice a month, and every time we call ahead, the food is always ready when we arrive, fresh and hot. The salt and pepper squid is particularly flavorful and a must-try. We also enjoy their sweet corn soup, which is consistently good. Another highlight is their prawn crackers, which are exceptionally tasty. Overall, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you get. Highly recommend!”

  “I recently ordered from new rainbow and though the delivery took a bit longer than expected, the taste and quality of the food made it totally worthwhile! The anticipation built up during the wait was finally satisfied when the food arrived piping hot and bursting with flavour. From the savory aroma from every dish was to very delicious. The portions were generous, ensuring satisfaction for my family at the table. Despite the slight delay, the courteous customer service and the exceptional food quality truly made the experience memorable.   “Recently, I was holidaying in the area I discovered this Chinese takeaway. I was curious in how different it could be from my usual London’s Chinese. The experience was unparalleled with speedy delivery service from a friendly driver. Food quality totally blowed me away especially its salt and pepper chicken, is not saggy or too salty compare to standard Chinese. It was crunchy on the outside and well cooked on the inside!
