“Marvellous!!!! First time we have ever tried you and it really was amazing. Pizza was perfect and the munchie box was to die for loved the way the kebab meat was cooked. Our new place to eat. Thank you. Tricia”

“I was debating whether to leave this review or not, but in the end I felt like I had to because I’m honestly so annoyed. I was absolutely starving and spent nearly £25 on food just for myself, only to end up not eating most of it. The Original Mac & Cheese Fries were really disappointing. Some of the chips were undercooked, and the macaroni cheese was dry, bland, and nothing like it should have been. It wasn’t creamy or saucy at all – it was just dry and lacked any real flavour. The only thing I can genuinely say I enjoyed were the mozzarella sticks, which were actually really nice. Unfortunately, everything else was a let-down. I do understand that I ordered quite late at night, so maybe that explains why the food wasn’t up to standard or they were rushing to get orders out. Even so, if you’re still taking orders, the quality should be the same regardless of the time. I used to order from here when it first opened a couple of years ago and it was really good. Then I had a bad experience that put me off ordering again. I decided to give it another chance, hoping things had improved, but I honestly wish I’d spent my money somewhere else. It’s really disappointing to spend that much money on a meal and end up throwing most of it away.”

“Collected a 12" munchie box and it was a massive disappointment. The mozzarella dippers and the chicken pakora at the front were burnt to an absolute crisp—completely cremated, dry, and totally inedible (see photo). When I complained to Just Eat, they refused a refund, claiming that delivering food burnt to charcoal is just the restaurant's "unique cooking style" and a "variation in taste." Absolute nonsense. If your kitchen staff can’t keep track of the fryer timers, don't pass off ruined food to paying customers. Avoid.”

“Had issues ordering online every time I try, have to end up phoning the shop. Food is decent. Bit penny pinching charging for sauce on a wrap. Anyway had to phone an order for a wrap 6:40pm was told won’t be long. Phoned back at 8pm was told driver won’t be long he had left. Phoned back 8.35 phone was hung up by staff, phoned back and someone said they will phone the driver. I’m still waiting. Will not order again. Update phoned shop again 9pm told it’s definitely away with driver this time. Shock still not here.”

“This place is my go to takeaway! From their loaded fries to their absolutely massive wraps it's always 10/10. Just had their new chicken tikka and Donner wrap and it might be my new fave! Juicy chicken tikka, fresh Donner, chips, cheese, salad and sauce, the gherkins are chef's kiss 🤌 If you're in Glasgow or live in the southside you need to try this place!”

Customer Review Summary
Diners most often return for the pakora, with the chicken pakora and mixed pakora served with a homemade pakora sauce described as delicious and tasty. Close behind are the authentic Italian pizza, the mozzarella sticks, and the big wraps, including a chicken tikka and doner wrap and a mixed shawarma wrap. Several say food stayed warm and crispy after the drive home, and a few mention a smiling chef and friendly service. The complaints are specific. One reviewer got a munchie box with burnt mozzarella dippers and chicken pakora, and Just Eat refused a refund. Another found the mac and cheese fries dry and bland with undercooked chips. A third waited through several phone calls for a delivery that never arrived and was charged extra for sauce on a wrap. One reviewer's cancelled orders ended with a thin chicken burger and poor chips. One regular of three years recommends the mac and cheese with sundried tomatoes and chorizo.
