“Have previously had food and it was really good. However went in at 21:25 on Sunday when they close at 22:00 and was told they were closed, when the door was open, lights on and staff present. Very disappointing. If you say your open then be open!”

“I do not like leaving bad reviews, but when you pay £27 for a meal for one, it has to be done. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice. The sauce wasn't sweet and was very bland. The battered chicken was awful; it was soggy, and the chicken was like a cheese string—very chewy and stringy. We found it so hard to cut. They are nice and friendly in the shop but are letting their business down with the chicken and flavoring.”

“Been using Oriental for a few years now as live local. Definitely the best Chinese in the Ferndown/West Moors area. Agree with others it is a bit pricier but you get what you pay for. Fresh, tasty food and always a friendly prompt service.”
