Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise the staff, describing a team that goes above and beyond, fits in a busy Friday night party without a reservation, and welcomed a diner's dog with water. One reviewer enjoyed king prawns followed by fish in light crispy batter with chips and salad. A huge range of drinks and a great atmosphere come up too. One notes paying the bill took some time.

“Unassuming front to the place but great atmosphere when you get in. We were attended to straight away and seated with our dog Ben who enjoyed plenty of fuss and asked if we wanted water etc. …”

“I had heard about this place while I was staying in falkirk with some suggesting it to be nice place to go for meal. This is a classic Falkirk spot and popular and when i did go on weekday it was busy and had great atmosphere. It's important to note that the main front door does not have entry for wheelchair users. However, there is excellent disabled access provided via the side entrance, right where they set up the outdoor tables during the season. When I arrived, the staff were brilliant—they came right round to open up the gate for me without hesitation. Very helpful, polite, and accommodating team! Inside, the venue has a fantastic layout divided into two distinct spaces. There is a lively bar area boasting a really wide variety and great selection of drinks if you just want to stop in for a quick pint or drink. Completely separate from the bar is a massive dining area filled with plenty of tables for a more relaxed sit-down meal. Highly recommend stopping by whether you're looking for a casual drink or a full meal, just head to the side entrance if you need step-free access! The food did not dissapoint, I had a great meal having king prawn dish to start followed by lovely fish in a light crispy batter served with chips and salad. Portion was of a good size and enjoyed it very much.”
