Customer Review Summary
Burritos and burrito bowls anchor the praise, with reviewers naming the Asado chicken burrito, the customizable Naked Burrito bowl and a chicken bowl, and describing big portions and fresh ingredients. A guacamole sample and a vegetarian Too Good To Go bowl also draw mentions, and staff are repeatedly called friendly. The complaints are specific. Two reviewers dislike the screen and app ordering, one calling it inconsistent and another saying wait times become impossible to judge. One reviewer reports a double chicken burrito with pink chicken and discarding most of it, and another found a burrito falling apart and mostly rice despite paid extra toppings. Reviewers also describe a staff member helping a wheelchair user inside and moving chairs to a table, and another asking about allergies before making a bowl.

“I usually try tortilla in silverburn. So I thought while I was in Edinburgh to try it here too. Safe to say I was disappointed I order a double chicken burrito and when I bite into the chicken it was pink!! I had to dump most of my burrito as it was clearly unsafe to eat very disappointed”

“Just had the best burrito in Edinburgh! Perfectly constructed with the perfect amount of ingredients! I'll be back soon for more. The Asado chicken burrito was 10/10 Highly recommend you try this establishment! You won't be disappointed. Big portions too ❤️👍”

“Used to be great but now they let people order on screens and by the app, totally decoupling the rate at which orders come in from the rate at which they can be made / people can be served. This means that you just have no way of knowing how long it’ll take to actually get served. Was much better when you could just go by the length of the queue.”

“amazing bowl picked up on too good to go on my first night in edinburgh. had eaten nothing but carbs all day and needed something green to balance the scales before bed. pickup was smooth and the bowl was freshly made in front of me using whatever was left for the day, all vegetarian. what really stood out was that the lady asked about intolerances and allergies before making it, which i thought was genuinely thoughtful given that with too good to go you usually just get whatever comes. the bowl was delicious, abundant and full of healthy ingredients. an absolute deal for the price. highly recommended.”

“Had no expectations; McDonald's style screen ordering. However, the food was delicious - lots of options and some quality ingredients. If you're in a hurry or are on a tight budget, this may just be your best option”
