About Harbour Reach
Along the Eastern Promenade near Sovereign Harbour, Harbour Reach is a kiosk-style cafe serving the beachfront on a walk-in basis, with no bookings taken. The counter covers pasties, sausage rolls and ice cream, alongside tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Outdoor seating looks across the bay, giving those eating on site a view while they wait. The entrance is step-free, making it workable for visitors with mobility needs, and dogs are welcome, with water bowls set out for them. It sits next to a car park and public toilets, and it opens daily.

Customer Review Summary
Ice cream draws the most mentions at this promenade kiosk. One reviewer calls it the biggest they have eaten in the area, and another finds the ice creams reasonably priced. Close behind are the great views across the bay and a very dog friendly welcome, with water bowls put out for dogs. Pasties are described as ok and sausage rolls as good. Opinions on the coffee are split: one reviewer enjoyed a quick coffee, another says it could be better, and a third calls tea and coffee ok. One reviewer, told there was no iced coffee, was offered a Mr Whippy double espresso and called it lush. Service draws sharply mixed accounts. One reviewer describes the owner as shockingly rude to teenage girls buying ice cream, and another reports being disgusted with the hygiene and finding staff unbelievably rude and uncaring. Against that, one reviewer thanks the kindest woman at the stall for a hot chocolate on a cold day.

“I stopped to get some ice cream for my little one. The owner was shockingly rude; the way he was talking to the teenage girls in front of us who were buying icecream for themselves was shocking, very inappropriate! The girls walked away very upset and i really hope they talked to their parents about this. I will not be stopping there ever again”
