“Ordered food for my family, yes they sometimes forget things but this time I ordered 30 popcorn chicken and only received 24 and ordered two gravy and didn't received any. I rang up to tell them about the mix up and got attitude in return. I was told there was 30 popcorn chicken in the bag which there wasn't, three people from the restaurant stated there was 30 chicken popcorn and he refused to send the extra 6 that were missing. Why would I argue over 6 pieces of chicken and I think you need new staff who can count. Rude customer service and after using them for years I am reluctant to use them again”

“My son ordered a takeaway when it came there was 6 popcorn chicken missing a 2 tubs of gravy my son rang in to tell them and the guy on the phone was really argumentative said they had put the right amount in which i know for a fact they hadn't i was there, and that they would only send the gravy so to me that was poor customer service for him to argue the toss over 6 popcorn pieces was terrible now not only as he lost a good customer in my son but also me as a good customer DO NOT MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS INTO LIARS THATS THE WAY TO LOSE CUSTOME”

“Visited last night after a disappointing visit to wetherspoons. The staff arent particularly friendly. The food was ok, the chips were overcooked but they have red salt which is the best! The chicken wrap was ok but way too much mayonnaise. Prices are good which i suppose reflects the quality”

“Used to order from here regularly as liked the food. Went tonight after a night out, young new ish guy on the till, extremely disrespectful and rude. Ignored me while waiting to order then eventually took my order found him to be arrogant. Before taking payment turned to laugh and joke with colleagues, couldn’t tell what was saying. Made to feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.”

“Amazing food at small prices, service is good but the atmosphere isn’t that great as the wallpaper on the walls looks like it’s been photoshopped.”

“I would have rated this place a 6 out of 5 in the past, it used to be so good I ordered on a weekly occasion. Now I have so many problems with this takeaway, I'm not sure if it is under new management or not but they have definitely changed the products/supplier they use, maybe just looking to make more money. The chicken strips are like half the size of my small finger. The chicken fillets are shaped like triangles (strange). The gravy tastes so bad 👎 . The chips have changed and they really aren't the best (careful they are fully cooked through). The popcorn chicken has changed (choosen wrong supplier). You need to read the notes sections and do more to assist your customers like you used too. Advice "customers will pay that little bit more for a great product and service" it really is that simple people. Look after your customers and your customers will keep returning and looking after you.”
