  “The was very bad i almost threw up the spicy dipped burger wasn’t even spicy it was salty like you are eating only salt and the no spice burger doesn’t even have a taste it’s just tasteless and disgusting the loaded fries was same tasteless and just waste in a box the staff was nice but it took just too long to have my food and it wasn’t even hot the store had a lot of flies and depression atmosphere. Don’t go there”

  “Best burgers in town, wouldn’t go anywhere else for a spicy chicken burger. Highly recommend trying double dipped wings too if you like spice! The brother on the counter was very hospitable and even gave me a free shake to help cool down in the hot weather. Regulars of shakebees and order at least once a month - couldn’t praise the food more.”

  “Avoid !!! This place is absolutely disgusting. I spent £40 and all the food went in the bin. All the chicken had blood in it. I ordered a chicken burger meal with salad and Mayo , i stated in the notes to make sure there was no spicy sauce on the burger as it’s for my young son. It came full of chilli sauce , he tried and couldn’t eat it. The gravy was like glue it was horrid with load of bits in it , it tasted like plastic. The children’s popcorn chicken and chips was overcooked and hard . They wouldn’t eat it. Massive waist of money !!!”

  “We ordered delivery from Shak Bee and alhamdulillah, everything was good 👍. We were very happy and really enjoyed our meals 👌🍴🍱. The fried chicken was crispy, juicy, tender and absolutely delicious 😋. The 🍟 were also good, fresh and not soggy at all. Thanks to the lads for the great 👏 food and quality. We hope you keep maintaining the high standards. We're big fans of fried chicken and Shak 🐝 definitely delivered. Keep up the good work!”

  “I recently visited Shake bee Bolton and had a mixed experience. The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and made the visit enjoyable. The atmosphere was great, with a lively vibe and comfortable setting that added to the overall experience. Price-wise, the food was reasonably affordable, which is a plus. However, the food itself was a bit disappointing, lacking in flavor and not quite living up to expectations. While the service and ambiance were highlights, the taste could use improvement to match the rest of the experience.”

  “The cashier girl provides very nice service and with good smile. The tower chicken burger is very juicy and crispy with very big portion. My husband tried the beef burger and he said it is very juicy and tasty, better than my tower chicken burger. I am very satisfied. Also, the price is very reasonable. However, I saw many customers but nobody had milkshake, I think it’s too expensive and especially you don’t know the size of the cup when compare to food price. And you can try to play a game of pressing a button at exactly 10 seconds to win food. 😂🤣”

  “Yesterday, the opening hour was at 12 and we arrived before that by about 20 minutes, to be let inside early. I explained that the friends I'm with, their lunch ends at 12:15. The brother kindly told us that we'll be the first ones served and we can place our order straight away. The food came piping hot, the burger was fully dipped and better than the Blackburn branch in my opinion. Great food and great customer service would make me return.”
