  “We went there with friends and owners are very welcoming people the food is so tasty proper charcoal kebabs that taste takes you to Türkiye 🇹🇷. The service very good and fast even they were very busy . Atmosphere is chill so you feel like homey place . Definitely try their mix platter’s also mezzes🫓 🫒 I have got take away as well and my family loved it . Definitely recommend. Thank you for the amazing food and welcoming.”

  “When we entered the restaurant we were immediately greeted with a warm reception and seated. We were given a basket of warm bread to start which we enjoyed. We ordered the Ali’s Platter for 2 which could probably feed more people. The selection of grilled meat was absolutely delicious, everything was packed with flavour. Definitely will be returning!”

  “I ordered online. First night I had mixed shish, saksuka and mixed rice. I wasnt expecting bulgar wheat with the rice, as it just said "mixed rice" and i cant eat bulgar. Anyway, the food was delicious, although lamb slighty tough, the chicken was lovely and the vegetables very nice. Very flavourful and well cooked, excellent value for money. Second night I had salmon with vegetable, rice and rice pudding. Rice pudding arrived cold, but was delicious, and the salmon was very tasty. Both dishes come with bread and sald, and again, excellent value for money.”

  “From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the smell of fresh charcoal grilling and genuine hospitality. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and clearly take pride in what they do. You never feel rushed, and they happily explain the menu if you’re unsure what to try. The food itself is outstanding. The meat is perfectly seasoned, tender, and cooked over real flames, giving it that authentic smoky flavour you rarely find anymore. The lamb is juicy, the chicken is succulent, and the kofte has a rich, homemade taste. Everything tastes fresh — not greasy or heavy — just proper, quality ingredients prepared well. The bread is warm and soft, the salad crisp and colourful, and the sauces are fresh and balanced rather than overpowering. The garlic sauce especially is addictive. Portions are generous and great value for money — you leave full and satisfied without feeling weighed down. It genuinely feels more like a traditional Turkish restaurant experience than a takeaway. If you’re looking for authentic, flavourful kebabs made with care, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly.”

  “This little gem is a must try! These guys sell the real lamb doner that has the herbs in the meat very hard to find doner meat like this.. we went into the shop on our way back from family meet up and straight away noticed how clean the shop/restaurant was and how happy the staff were.. very welcoming staff and freshly made bread while you wait.. I doubt you will find a better kebab around.. garlic sauce was 11/10 and lamb chops were spot on.. definitely our new stop when down these ways from hertfordshire 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾”

  “I’d been thinking about trying Ali’s Kitchen for quite some time. After moving to Rainham, I would pass by the restaurant often but never had the chance to stop. Today, feeling hungry at lunchtime, I finally decided to give it a try. I was greeted by a lovely girl behind the counter who welcomed me with a warm smile. I ordered the mixed köfte and waited about 10–15 minutes for it to be prepared. The staff were very friendly, and the customer service was excellent. The mixed köfte itself was absolutely delicious, juicy, succulent, and full of flavour. The portion was generous, and I felt completely satisfied after finishing it. The meal came with complimentary bread, salad, chilli sauce, and yogurt sauce, which made it even better. Overall, it was definitely worth the money. I will definitely be visiting again to try more of their dishes. Overall, I really enjoyed the food and had a great experience.”
