“I placed a pick up order and was initially given a collection time of 20 minutes . After some time, the collection time was extended by another 40 minutes, and in the end, I could only collect my order after around 1.5 hours. The main issue is that customers are not properly informed when the collection time changes. If the restaurant is experiencing delays, customers should be notified about the updated collection time so they can plan accordingly. Very disappointing experience and definitely something that needs to be improved.”

I have to say, the way the dishes are presented is truly something special — they look like a work of art on the plate! And the taste is absolutely amazing; you simply want more. “I absolutely love Nero lounge The staff are so polite & always make you feel so welcome, The food is so delicious cook with profection, if you go in the evening on Saturday they often have someone singing which are really good & so entertaining,I've seen a few I loved it, you can get up & have a dance so much fun, honestly it's stunning inside, I highly recommend this place it's beautiful 😍”
