  “They only do pizza there . Suprisingly , their Pizza is good you know? I have tried pizza from all around that area . Most taste average . For some reason the pizza dough taste different texture wise and with great amount of fillings . Cheap but good . I would definitely be going back .”

  “Ever worst experience. Super environment and dirty kitchen. I had food from here twice. First time we got a glass piece from the pizza. Yesterday we 5 friends had beef pizza and we all got sick and stomach upset. Will never recommend. Cheaper food, quality compromised”

  “Very disappointing experience. I waited around 20–40 minutes for my pizza and, during that time, repeatedly explained to staff that I was running late and would miss my train if I continued waiting. Despite this, I was continually told that my pizza was “ready” or “almost ready” when it clearly wasn’t. As it became obvious I could no longer stay, I asked several members of staff if I could have a refund, as I would not be able to take the food with me. Unfortunately, no refund was offered. Instead, I was told to keep my receipt and return another day. I explained that I was leaving the city and would not be back anytime soon, but this did not change the outcome. In the end, I left without the pizza I had paid for and only received the drink from my order after asking. Missing my train was frustrating enough, but the lack of a practical solution or any real effort to resolve the situation made the experience even more disappointing. I understand delays can happen, but better communication and customer service would have gone a long way.”

  “Just Ordered Super large Veggie pizza! while cutting! the member of staff picked up the topping from the pizza and ate in front of me which seemed very normal for them. Completely unhygienic and they are using same cutter for all pizzas whether its veg or non veg.”

  “I ordered an XL vegetarian pizza and cancelled it within 4 minutes. I immediately contacted Uber Eats, and they told me I would receive a refund, but I still have not received it. I waited until the next day, but the app showed: ‘Pizza Rush had already started your order, so you were charged for the food.’ The next day, I went directly to the Pizza Rush store and asked about it, but they told me to contact Uber Eats. When I contacted Uber Eats again, they repeated the same excuse saying the order had already been started. It feels like both Uber Eats and Pizza Rush are only interested in taking customers’ money instead of providing proper service. I also had another bad experience with Pizza Rush. One day, I called the store directly and placed a takeaway order. I clearly told them I would arrive in 20 minutes, and they agreed. But when I went there, they told me they had forgotten my order completely. This clearly shows their carelessness and poor service. However, when it comes to refunds, they refuse to return customers’ money and simply claim, ‘Pizza Rush had already started your order.’ Very disappointing experience and unprofessional service.””

  “I bought a Large Margherita pizza today at the restaurant, however I’m very confused at the fact it took them quite a while and somehow my food still tasted like dough. I knew from when the crust was the same colour as the cheese, I should have known it was game over. I don’t recommend coming here for food, I basically just ate a “raw” pizza. DO NOT COME TO THIS SILLY PLACE.”

  “I experienced exceptionally poor service at this branch today. I waited 45 minutes for a small pizza, only to be told that the kitchen had forgotten to prepare it. To make matters worse, the staff member on the kitchen made a incredibly rude and dismissive, offering an unprofessional remark instead of a solution. This was a complete waste of time and a masterclass in poor customer service.”

  “Firstly, their vegetarian hot 16 inch pizza tasted more than average, compared to the price of 9.49 approx. But their pizza was almost paper thin...this is why it is this cheap i guess. I believe they could improve more in that and could also hike the prices a bit more because customers want quality and as someone like me i would rather compromise on price than quality. On top of that their restaurant was almost dead with few customers and when I ordered the guy said it would be around 10 mins. 15 mins later i go and and ask then they say it is ready and took another few minutes to pack it and bring it out. Well i said fine at least the food will be great but no. Would really love to see them improve their customer satisfaction.”

  “This is one the easiest cheapest pizza places you can find in Coventry. This place has 10-20 people seating capacity. And they have a lot of varieties of pizza available. As you know there are 4 sizes available and usually we choose the 16 inches pizza which is 10 pounds. And it can feed 3 or 4 people and it's a tummy filling. We tried tandoori chicken and it was not bad. And you can find this place situated on the 1st floor. There are small stairs close to the kebab rush that lead to this place”
