  “Ordered from here last night as we were staying locally, ordered the phat dom burger, supposed to be 2 smashed patties and doner meat, what arrived was 1 very well done pattie with 2 strands of doner on it, it also came with jalapeños on, which is not in the description and I am allergic to chillies. Ordered a chicken deal, omg it literally just tasted of salt, the pizzas were nice but were so small it was like child's portion, the best part of £45 wasted....never again!!”

  “Would love to have given Food a star..... I'm new to the area. Live on a boat. Nearest postcode is a house. So asked driver "to ring me when he leaves the shop, so I can meet him on time" 3min 🚗 for him. 45sec 🚶‍♂️for me. Not a demanding request tbf "my friend, walk (1/2hr) to the shop. thats dodgy!" 7/11/25..... heavy rain...I have just got over respiratory illness, not eaten for two days.... go hungry?? Nah nah nah, I am, Aching hungry. So rang a second time: me: "Right if I am friend, you will help me by feeding me, I have a big order and usually do...cut me off... him: "Listen. come to shop, I dont like the sound of it," me: "please I'm begging you as a friend, ring me as he leaves, so he doesn't knock on the door, I'm 2 days hungry, I will be waiting in the rain for my food, I live on a boat... him: "no door, no friend, come to shop" click How Foolish.... *friend* Our Regular order cost? Around £65-80. 2-3 p/w”

  “Really poor food. Do not order the chicken, it came cremated and is very very dry. Also The ‘peri chicken strips’ are more like chicken kebabs pieces. So they don’t do any peri chicken at all. They also sent mozzarella sticks as they don’t serve jalapeños poppers which are on the menu on Deliveroo. Will not order from here again.”

  “Rude staff. I made and order via Uber eats paid and waited. I rang for an update after waiting 30 minutes past the expected delivery time and the staff very rudely stated that Uber had not been working for 3 months and put the phone down even though I had already paid. My 2 orders before this they got wrong, once putting meat on a vegetarian pizza and once putting onions on a pizza for a person with onion allergies”

  “Avoid this place! I ordered a chicken kebab with a 1.5 l bottle of Coke. The food was undercooked, underseasoned and dry, disgustingly bad and the drink I paid 4f for was missed. The driver promised to bring it later, which never happened. I called the store to ask for a refund for the drink and was told they couldn't do it, but they promised they would send a driver to deliver the bottle, but the driver never showed up. I called them again and heard the same story. One star is still too much. Avoid this place, don't order anything from there, you will only waste your money!”

  “Absolutely atrocious. I order two pizzas from this establishment. The first was fine. The second looked a mess and had two slices of pizza missing! I must say I have never experience an issue like this in 30 years of ordering food. How and why would two pieces be missing? I proceed to ring the establishment who told me that it's potentially the delivery driver via Just Eat who had perhaps taken part of the pizza. Following this I received a confrontational call from the driver himself protesting his innocence in the matter. I explain that although strange, I do not care where the fault lies. I just want the issue resolving. I was told to raise my concerns with Just Eat, which I have. I then received another call from Prima Pizza at 23:45 who had the driver with them this time only to call me a lier! I am astonished. The refund or any type of compensation is no longer important. I just wish to strongly advise everyone from ordering food from this business. I am a hospitality manager myself and have sympathy for a business that may be struggling due economic reasons and may have a lesser budget to afford a correct amount of team, capable of delivering good service at all times. However, being spoken to in such a manner and being call a lier late in the evening, way past a time I deem acceptable is beyond ridiculous. Completely avoid at all costs!”

  “Nice halal takeaway at the centre of town centre. We loved their meaty pizza and their pricing was good too. I haven’t tried anything other than pizza yet so will update my review as I learn more. The staff was helpful and friendly. They do free delivery on orders over £10. Parking available but you would get charged during parking charging hours. Easy recommend and dont forget to take advantage of the buy 1 get 1 free pizza.”

  “Ordered on JustEat at 9pm on a Friday. Ordered 6 breaded mozzarella sticks and only got 4, missing a chicken nugget too, the chips were cold, 40 mins late total. When called the place after waiting in the cold for 30 mins I got a rude man who just yelled at me and did not listen, he said the driver would be there in 2 mins but took a further 10, we were camping and waiting at main reception on a cold night. Real disappointment, only good thing was the milkshake but all the cream had melted. If I could rate lower I would, I should've read the reviews first. I pray we don't get food poisoning.”

  “Staff are rude, we went in to order. they cross contaminate food - they also dropped numerous of utensils on the floor and picked them up and carried on using them on the food. Our burger was still raw on the inside but other food was burnt - the staff hurled abuse and became aggressive with us when we asked for salad on both burgers they were intimidating. They also touched cooked food after wiping sweat of themselves and touching their mouths. Not a place I’d recommend using food is below standard, they cross contaminate and don’t wash their hands and they have no customer service skills whatsoever and treat and speak to you like something on the bottom of their shoe if you want undercooked of cremated food with a side of aggression then this is your place”
