“Very disappointed with my order from Papa Johns. The pizza base was undercooked and doughy, making it unpleasant to eat. I wasn’t expecting this level of quality. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst pizzas I’ve had. I hope quality control improves in the future.”

“Rubbish, came to order a pizza, took it home and found a strand of hair whilst eating which I've had to throw away. Not coming back here.”

“Ordered pizza with stuffed crust thinking it will be the normal stuffed cheese (white cheese) as per my previous orders. They gave me red cheddar stuffed crust instead which I could not eat due to the bad orange taste. When I called to complain they said that it is a IT issue which defaulted to red cheddar cheese stuffed crust when ordering and offered no refund nor did they accept any liability. Instead they told to me to complain to head office. As a regular customer I won't be ordering again!!”

“Overlooked this place for years, but since Pizza Hut has closed in Tile Hill, I had to order from here. It was actually very good. I'd appreciate a bit more oil in the pan for a slightly crisper underside though.”

“I ordered a pizza through the website . Although the money was taken I didn’t receive an email of confirmation . The pizza hadn’t arrived after 45 min so I rang the Holyhead Road shop and was told the pizza would arrive in 5 mins . After 20 mins I rang again and was told they had no order !! My partner got annoyed as we had waited over an hour and put the phone down . We then received an abusive call from the manager asking my partner to go in the shop so he could sort him out ( threatening!)”

“Ordered a pizza from here like I did many times. Food gave me food poisoning so I contacted them. The lady didn't even apologise and then said the manger would call back to discuss a refund, which they didn't. I called and my calls were ignored. I asked a family member to try on their phone which, was answered. They explained the situation and when asked to speak to manager was hung up on. If you want your head down the toilet for hours on end eat here. If not go elsewhere. Absolute shambles”

“Absolute joke of a pizza place. These geniuses deliver pizzas ‘uncut’ like a giant cheese biscuit. Also, for some reason the employees love to hoard the special garlic dip as if it’s the last thing holding the company together. Shame there’s nothing below 1-star but this place doesn’t deserve to operate and stay in business.”

“Ordered from here numerous times as it's fairly close by. Rarely had any issues with the delivery. One instance years ago the food came quicker than expected and I feel it was rushed as my pizza seemed undercooked but besides that there have been no other problems. There's a good selection of vegan options and the cheese is delicious, I actually prefer it over regular cheese despite not being vegan or vegetarian. It's very creamy and gooey. The garlic dip is yummy too and the cinnamon scrolls they used to sell were to die for. Never had a delivery that never arrived, never had to phone, and every driver has been pleasant.”
