  “Great food, the “Chinese Stall” part of the menu is proper Chinese food that you’d usually see in a restaurant - check it out. Placed a large order online and was given an estimate of 1h and it arrived in probably 40 mins so happy with that service.”

  “I called the takeaway place because I got a flyer, and I asked about delivery since I'm only a 5-minute drive away but don't have a car. They just said, "we don't serve your area," and hung up. Horrible service”

  “Ordered through Uber Eats. Food should have arrived by 8:15 but eventually arrived at 9:45. Tried calling and answered saying it’s late. After an hour late tried calling again and no answer. No apologies for the delay and arrived as we were starving and ready for bed. Will not be using them again!”

  “Ordered for my husbands birthday and still waiting 2 hours later!!! lies when call to ask how long. They just say 10 mins for the last 1 hour. Awful awful service. Just be honest with the estimated delivery time so we can go elsewhere. Ordered from here for years but you’ve now lost a loyal customer. Don’t appreciate lies!!”

  “Ordered online, was mentioned as "delivered" but hasn't even arrived, or even told me they had left the restaurant for delivery. I've tried ringing the restaurant multiple times to no answer and even tried the number on Google with still no answer. Won't be ordering again”

  “Pre ordered to be delivered between 7.30 and 7.45 as we were waiting for others to join us, food was delivered at 6.30 pm i tried to explain to the driver it was an hour early he just laughed at me and walked away. Rice had a metallic taste not great wont be using again”

  “I used to use the Rainbow years ago and always found the food was always lovely and the delivery man Michael was always so friendly. However, tonight was a totally different experience altogether… Firstly, they charged £4 delivery and another £5 for a small order… £9 before you had even a morsel! The rice was cold, tasteless and stodgy… the chicken balls greasy and the batter tasted half cooked… finally, the sauce was again tasteless… an absolute disgrace!! Sorry, that the photo does not show accurately how bad it was… even the dog didn’t get it! ( I love my dog!)”
