  “The best Chinese takeaway around. I just ate from here (we’ve gone here multiple times) and it’s genuinely some of the best Chinese I’ve ever had. Look no further if you’re trying to find your go to place. All the meat was done to perfection. No fatty or grisly bits. The flavours are amazing 😍”

  “Ordered here for the first time just to try out a new Chinese…we have now found a new favourite. Everything was perfect, brilliant prices, friendly staff. Curry sauce is perfect. Can’t wait to order again.”

  “Two years ago, I left a review after my order was messed up—and instead of taking responsibility, the blame was pushed onto staff. After that, things seemed to improve for a while, so I gave them another chance, as the food is generally good. Unfortunately, today proved again that nothing has really changed and once again, my order was wrong. This time, the person handling the call was not only dismissive but outright patronising; initially trying to suggest the mistake was ours and when it became clear the error was on their end, the blame shifted yet again—this time onto the delivery driver. That’s simply not acceptable. The driver is a regular, and in all my experiences has been polite, reliable, and honest. Seeing him unfairly blamed just to avoid accountability was disappointing. Mistakes happen—people understand that. But refusing to take responsibility and instead pointing fingers at others is a far bigger issue. Sadly, this experience shows that nothing has really improved.”

  “Use to be good, now food is awful and just spicy in levels you just feel the burn and nothing else. Shame as it seems new management / chefs are destroying it.”

  “I never write reviews but the food I just ate from this place was the most tasteless Chinese food I’ve ever had. Super disappointed as it used to be nice. Apparently the chefs haven’t changed so I’m not sure what’s happened. Never going back ever.”

  “I have been using the Dragon inn for the last 30 years and it's always been amazing food . However I am sad to say that we ordered our Friday night Chinese and the food was bland and tasteless. This was really disappointing as I am always recommending The Dragon Inn as it has always been good, but sad to say , it did not live up to our expectations.”

  “Best king prawn curry and Hong Kong sweet and sour In The World. Their delivery is also excellent. This is the best Chinese takeaway in Coventry without any doubt. Just try it!!”

  “Ordered takeaway for delivery at 6pm so that we would all be home to eat it. Delivery came at 5pm! 2 of us not particularly hungry and 1 was still at work so food wasted and other food had to be reheated for when I came back home at 6pm. Rang to complain and all they said was that if we want the food for 6 order it at 6! Doesn’t make any sense as you can schedule your order for a particular time but clearly they are not paying attention to that! Bad service and attitude!”

  “This used to be a great take-away. We have been living in the local area for over 40 years. Ordered meal at 5.40.pm come 6.55.pm no sign. phoned them up to ask when its coming, was told they were very busy?? whey were not when we ordered. they opened at 5,00?? I think they lost the order. when the order eventually came, the chips were just about warm, the curry sauce was gelled and set!! pancake roll just about warm!! not a nice meal.”
