  “I had the best service there. I rocked up to the shop and ask for some spring rolls and the lovely lady working at the till (Nicole) said that I could get free ones if I downloaded the app. I walked out of the mall with my noodles and free spring rolls in hand thanks to this lovely lady😻😻 She was also a very nice young woman who brightened my day and made me feel more confident in today's youth. Give this girl a promotion ❤️👌”

  “The hot honey chicken was a great sweet and salty combo, the food was spicy, there was good service and the soy mazing chicken had an al dente texture. The only thing worth improving is the atmosphere. It was great and this is why it gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ it was a fantastic experience!”

  “I've had a great experience at Chopnsticks! The food is always fresh, full of flavour, and consistently delicious. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent service, making every visit enjoyable. The restaurant is clean, has a lovely atmosphere, and you can tell everyone takes pride in what they do. If you're looking for tasty food and great customer service, I'd definitely recommend giving Chopnsticks a try. I'll definitely be coming back!”

  “I love Chopstix and look for it on all my travels. The food is always spot on and the service quick. Caramel drizzle and sweet and sour chicken are my favourites 😍.”

  “Got a small egg fried rice and cherry kiss chicken. Food was hot, tasty and plentiful. I always like to come here during the ice hockey playoff weekend, it never disappoints!”

  “Absolutely BEAUTIFUL spot for the town centre- easy quick service with delicious food! We were served by Sunita who went above and beyond to provide a informative, friendly and easy service - we were super happy I would definitely recommend - we all ordered different things and each dish was lovely 10/10”

  “Visited Chopstix at West Orchards Shopping Centre in Coventry. On Tuesday 20th May 2025 in the afternoon. Chopstix I believe (I hope my memory serves me right) is located on the level 2 at the shopping centre. When I arrived at the spot near to a escalator, I already saw a line of customers waiting to be served. I don’t exactly remember of what I ordered, but the food was good. The price of this meal was about £9.89 They did not give me a receipt and they only do card payments. So if anyone is reading this review, and you regularly pay by cash. You will be disappointed with their service. But I stress again the food here is very good!”
