  “We have been here so many times over the duration of our relationship and marriage. Haven't been for around 18 months. And after coming for our anniversary dinner it'll be the last time. The standard of service and food has fell of a cliff. Front of house was ok. Shown our table. They made an effort prior to us arriving in finding out what we needed as I had mentioned disability needs but if the staff can get away with getting you to order on the app they will. The salad bar wasn't amazing. Sauces not being checked or replenished. The tomatoes were awful. Both trays were just outer shells mainly. No juicy centres left on them. I asked for them tk be changed and the next batch were just as bad and they tasted off. The meals weren't too bad for the children the chicken pieces were chicken bre a st so that was good. The adults fish and chips was tasteless very oily and made the person eating it fel unwell so couldn't eat the whole meal. This restaurant used to have a warm welcoming environment. The staff used to enjoy spending time to talk to us and laugh and now they mope around and avoid contact with you. We weren't asked how our meals were as you usually get when you are at a restaurant. Such a shame that this is going to be our last visit as the memories of wonderful meals and wonderful staff have well and truly been tainted by this experience.”

  “What can I say, we've just got back from an absolutely lovely experience at Harvester Elms Coventry. Enroute home from a long but super day and decided to grab some food. We were greated by lovely front of house staff who showed us to our cool air-conditioned table. Staff were quick to friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Food was amazing and one of the best Harvester restaurants we've been to. This Harvester is a set in a former eye hospital, has a grand staircase and modern decor. Highly recommend. Thanks Harvester.”

  “I took my children to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and we all had a fantastic meal. The staff were brilliant and brought out a cake we had pre bought and made the occasion feel very special. The service was fantastic.”
