“Gentleman who served me in store was very nice and took my order promptly, ordered a large pizza (which is 14 or 15 inch anywhere else) and received a 12 inch. No clear signage or clarification in there about their unique sizing. Worth noting that an actual large pizza is called a "super" in this establishment. Dissappointed that this wasn't more clear.”

“I am deeply disappointed by the consistently poor service I have experienced at this establishment. On multiple occasions, my order was delivered incorrectly, which, while frustrating in itself, was made significantly worse by the staff and management's complete refusal to take responsibility for their errors. Rather than acknowledging the mistakes, the team resorted to deflecting blame onto others a response that is wholly unprofessional and unacceptable. No apology was offered, no compensation was provided for the inconvenience caused by the wrong orders, and the incorrect items were never collected or returned. This level of customer service falls far below any reasonable standard. A business that cannot hold itself accountable for its own mistakes, nor make the slightest effort to rectify them, does not deserve the patronage of its customers. I would strongly caution anyone considering this establishment to look elsewhere.”

“Driver refused to come up the stairs to my front door so when I made a comment about that, the driver left my food thrown on the floor outside the door. The pizza had the wrong toppings and the chicken was awful”
