Customer Review Summary
Diners most often single out the servers, who helped with ordering and were patient with children. One reviewer found the pizza hot, crispy and full of flavor. One reviewer describes a manager as unhelpful and rude during online ordering, until a waitress took them to the in-store screens, sorted the order and checked on them throughout.

“A great place for family outing (specially with kids). Taste was good, service was fast (special mention to Sophie). A good experience.”

“I have put five star service as the waitress we had was brilliant!!!! But the manager I cannot say the same. I was there with my partner and disabled stepdaughter. It was very difficult to navigate the online ordering system with my non verbal autistic stepdaughter screaming who basically just wanted pizza asap and her stressed out Dad in my ear. I was also trying to use my blue light card, it was all getting a bit overwhelming. I approached a member of staff who turned out to be the manager and she was very unhelpful and actually quite rude! I then asked a very busy young waitress who was carrying desserts out to a table if when she was free if she could help me (her manager was actually not busy, the waitress asked if the manger could see to the people at the door waiting to be seated) The waitress came over to the table and was so friendly and understanding, took me to the in store ordering screens and got my order all sorted out, she then checked on us throughout. The manager could do with learning from her employees.”
