“For a newish outlet in a prime position on the A12, don't bother dropping in the 'wee' hours - the place was quiet, so the staff had no excuse to get two parts of a three part order wrong! A beefburger in side and Fillet o fish wrapper (which was ordered), chicken nuggets missing completely. Worse still, if you the toilets, they are 'conveniently' placed upstairs in the closed office section, great architecture... leaving the disabled toilet the only option and this was in a disgraceful state. All in all very poor, the franchise owner needs a kick up the proverbial.”

“Car park far too small considering there's more derelict land next door plus not enough comfy cushioned seats however this place has a 1st floor and a lift. Another point to make is that some parts of this restaurant are filthy”

“The worst McDs I have ever had. Burger and chips were stone cold. Staff were chippy as hell when I asked for a replacement Big Mac. Do not go here.”
