  “Stopped here with my girlfriend and we were served by Rohan I think his name was. Being restaurant owners ourselves we spot good service and great staff. You often find in chains staff are very ordinary no offence, but Rohan really stood out. Service with a smile goes a long way, easy to talk to and really helpful when we wanted to make changes to a burger. He’s an asset to the business. If he lived closer to Eastbourne we would steal him 😃. Thanks for making our visit to this Nando’s that bit more special.”

  “Never a bad meal, always quick no matter how busy, and the refill drinks make this the perfect place for a coach driver to spend a few hours before their next job. Easily the best food spot at Cobham services. Plus, as it's tucked away in a corner next to the entrance, its easy to get to against the massive crowds, and many people seem to not notice it's here as they go to the usual fast food places and fill all the tables in the main area.”

  “Not our first time stopping here and won’t be our last. The food is always excellent, service is always great and we have never had an issue getting seated. Rohan has to have a shout out as he was especially great, incredibly friendly, courteous and professional, brought our food, checked in regularly and overall just made the whole experience.”

  “I had a fantastic experience at Nando’s, and a big part of that was thanks to Rohan. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to look after us and make sure everything was perfect. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. Rohan clearly takes great pride in his job, and it shows in the way he interacts with customers. He was attentive without being intrusive, checked in on us regularly, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing excellent service. Thank you, Rohan, for making our meal such an enjoyable experience. Nando’s is lucky to have such a hardworking and passionate team member. We will definitely be back!”

  “Popped in on a busy bank holiday Monday afternoon and was expecting to wait a little while for food. The host explained on the door that it may be a little later than usual because the kitchen was busy, however we didn’t wait long at all for our food. Even the tables around us were getting their food quickly. The chefs are definitely on their A game here. And all the front of house staff were brilliant. Thank you Cobham Nando’s. The manager here should be proud of a strong team.”

  “i’m gonna start it off with 2 names… phoebe and alex! i don’t think we stopped giggling the entire 27 minutes. phoebe brought the best energy, it felt like being with your funniest friend. the peri nuts were incredible and I even was able to decide when I wanted my chocolate cake. wow. and then alex… boy where do I start. he gave us the service of where you’re crying laughing one second and then your food just magically appears the next. because lowkey did i say already but, that cake was extraordinary. i don’t need any other nandos in my life ever x see you soon cobham, huge shoutout: phoebe, alex, sam (and anyone i spoke to) thanks oli :)”

  “Visited the Nandos here on a long drive, manager was very friendly, polite, helpful! Food came out quicker than expected and it was cooked well and tasted great! I eat a lot of Nandos on a monthly basis and this was a great representation of the brand!”

  “If you traveling on M25 and you love Nando’s then nothing can be great than stopping at j9-J10 service and enjoy delicious food at Nando’s. Food was delicious and well served without waiting in queue. There was easy access to wheelchair and pushchairs and lots of open sitting spaces in side.”
