“Love the Golden Fillet. We went there Friday lunchtime for takeaway Plaice and Chips and Rock and Chips. The Plaice and Rock were cooked to perfection and lots of white fish under the batter. Both sets of chips were golden crispy and the meals could not be faulted. Our favourite fish and chip shop. Staff are friendly too.”

“This place has been our go to for fish and chips , however the past few times the woman serving where you eat in has been just bordering rude , thought the first time she was just having a bad day and dismissed it , unfortunately it must be a choice to be rude and ignorant it's almost that we were an inconvenience. Yesterday was our last visit ever , despite the rudeness the chicken pies were not hot and rather than complain to the miserable waitress we ate and left without leaving a tip only to be ill later and we can only assume that either the pies hadn't been cooked through properly , re-heated again or gone past their time . Now this is only an assumption and the fact that the pie wasn't hot and that was the only thing we had eaten we both had the same thing and we were both ill . Make your own mind up if you dare to try , good luck”
