  “Very disappointed today, my drink from the app arrived and it was not satisfactory. I asked that server to please get me the missing items. He was extremely abusive, and told me to go to the bar and get it myself. He walked past use several times stutting and smirking. I spoke to the manager who apologised to me, she was clearly frightened of the server and said she could not send him home so to avoid any more upset would not serve me again. I love a spoons, go to them all over the country. I have never experienced anything like this, most staff will always do their best to help. Not this young man. He was delighting in his actions and showing off in front of staff and customers.”

  “Not a bad pub, but staff training is required, as pouring a pint properly seems to be an issue for several of them. Wetherspoons is cheap, and frankly, I let their staff get away with far more than I would in a normal pub, but when I was presented with a pint that was at least 20% froth, it had to be topped up. The barmaid did top it up, but was clearly confused about the rules, and utterly incapeeble of judging what 5% of a pint actually looks like. For future reference, 5% or 1/20 of a pint, is just under 29ml. So just over a shot of spirites, in volume. See photo for reference. This is over 5% of a pint of water at the bottom of the glass. So bearing in mind that most pint glasses are wider at the top than st the bottom, the froth should be even shorter than this.”
