“I would avoid at all costs if you have a young family! Our 10 month old daughter throw some suger sachets on the ground and a older grey haired man as we were picking them up came over and snatched the bowl they were in from my baby’s hand and made us feel so uncomfortable. We immediately got up and to leave as he said “great you’re leaving”. After I got my family out of the restaurant and away from him I came back to ask him what was the problem? To which he replied what was my problem. I felt he was confrontational and his whole attitude was wrong for working with the public and he should be avoided at all costs. The younger staff seemed nice this is not a reflection on them just this man .”

“Not nice. Waitstaff, an old man made us feel very unwelcome. If you have children this is not the place for you. Lots of much nicer spots nearby.”

“Extremely rude manager - you are not welcome if you have young kids. We went in as a group of 4 adults and 2 babies under the age of 18 months. The younger who is 9 months old was quietly playing with some sugar sachets and dropped some on the ground as any baby might do. We apologised for the ‘mess’ but he essentially made a big deal of it as if she had torn up the whole place, he grabbed the cup of sugar sachets aggressively of the baby and said that it’s up to parents to control their baby. We walked straight out frankly think he should have focussed more on serving customers well than dishing out outdated parenting advice.”

“Having breakfast or brunch is becoming a bit of a thing for us, and I can say that it was spectacular. We've been to a few places around here and I'd say this is definitely the best by far.”

“Fantastic authentic coffee shop in beautiful street in Cirencester. Always a friendly welcome, the best coffee and I always buy fresh ground coffee to take home. Happy to see it's expanding.”
