“We had such a lovely experience at Otto. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. The welcome was genuinely warm, and the staff were absolutely wonderful throughout our visit attentive, friendly and incredibly polite without ever being intrusive.The food was fantastic, but it was the lovely hospitality and excellent service that really made the experience special. “I don’t usually do reviews but we had such a lovely lunch at Ottos that wanted to put it forward! Loved the wood fire freshly prepared pizzas and mostly our waiter Julio who was very attentive and though it was very busy he was always polite and accommodating! Definitely going back! 😊”

“We’ve dined in at Otto many times and the service and food has been great - most of the time. We noticed a drop in food quality a couple of months ago, but put down to a one off experience. 😱 Tonight we order a pick up takeaway directly with Otto. Two pizzas, a salad and melezane parmigiana - not the cheapest takeaway at £60 The food was far below average, burnt pizzas, wrong salad - this was inedible! And rather than an oven baked aubergine and Parmesan dish (one of our past favourites) we received what appeared to be a microwave meal. So disappointed that we doubt we’ll even return to dine in.”
