“I came for the 2nd time (and last time!) On 10/08/26: sat at a table, waited for someone for a few minutes then was considering making an order at the counter while finishing some work on my phone. A man came to my table with an attitude and told me the table was booked. I indicated him that there was no sign. He then said that I would know if I had been at reception. The man had some nerves to say that: No reception was marked and noone stopped me when I came in. It took the man a few minutes to come to me. I juste mimicked his passive aggressive attitude then said he was rude after he offered to sit me somewhere else. They don't do their job properly, are understaffed, and put it on you if you don't go by their unspoken rules. Don't get what was the purpose of making me uncomfortable and responsible for their ownnlack of communication and organisation. And to add to it a customer claimed that he was not rude while enjoying their food with friends and not considering other people experience. I told her to mind her business while walking away. You want to do hospitality? Raise your standard, come on! Money money money, frustration and ego that's all.”

“We arranged a pizza making party for my daughter’s birthday. The room was a brilliant size for it with plenty of different spaces for parents to sit. The staff were really professional and friendly. Including communications up until the event which were helpful. Everyone had a great time. Only one point there is a fan no aircon so in heat wave a bit warm. But we still had a great time. Kids decorated aprons first then made and ate pizza and ice cream. As birthday parties go it was relaxed and reasonably priced so I recommend it”
