  “We must be the only people who pay with cash at McDonald's now days. 6 members of staff passed us on two separate occasions when we were just trying to pay cash for our food, clearly visable holding the money in our hands and we're blatenly ignored by even a manager. On another occasion the member of staff actually stood Infront of us, preparing someone elses order instead of serving us, we ended up walking out even after ordering food, just was unable to pay for it due to their complete lack of perception for customers. We ended up having a Burger king on that occasion...”

  “Absolutely terrible! I placed an order to be delivered to my home and they decided not to deliver due to the courier not wanting to deliver to my address! Absolutely disgraceful we will never order from here again!”

  “They were not selling carbonated soft drinks, e.g., Sprite, but did not tell drive-in customers until they were in the queue. They should have had a sign up before people got in the drive-in queue. They charged people a meal-deal price, but they were not getting a meal deal.”

  “This staff keep giving the WRONG order. I cannot stand their sausage patties. Can’t eat them. How hard is it to check you’re giving the right order (bacon egg McMuffin)? Was just ONE item and you got it wrong. They keep giving me the wrong order and I’m paying £7 for something I can’t eat. 💁🏼‍♂️ So, now, if I want a McDonald’s Breakfast I’m going to have to hold up the line at drive through as I’m going to check and do their job for them to make sure they’ve put the right order in the bag.”

  “My daughter ordered mcdonalds breakfast at 10.45am, arrived to collect it at 11.04 to be told breakfast finished at 11 and they could not give her the order, or refund her, she will have to wait on payment bouncing back... absolutely shocking customer service, why take the order if you can't fulfill it ?”

  “Why is it so difficult to make a burger? bun, patty, cheese, sauce, toppings, bun. Simple. Every time I order from here I get pure slop. The fries are always cold and taste like they were cooked 12 hours prior to ordering. Also, when you order late at night they get on as if you’re majorly inconveniencing them.”

  “What the hell is going on here lately? Doesn't matter what time or day I order. Food is missing, cold, thrown together. At this point I'm tempted to actually apply for a job just so someone in the building can actually make this simple food properly. Shocking how badly it's gone downhill.”

  “Ordered 3 meals via app and then collected through drive through. 1 meal was missing the pineapple from the burger and the shaker for the fries. 1 meal was missing the shaker for the fries and there were no dips for the nuggets share box.. They CANNOT get orders correct. This is not the first time which is why I am now leaving a review. You shouldn't have to but check your orders before you drive off.”

  “Called this morning and got a double sausage egg McMuffin got home and almost Half of a muffin was missing so i returned it the young girl at the window was very polite What looked like a manager was standing beside her on her phone i explained to the young girl what was wrong with it then the so called manager looked at it and said WHATS WRONG WITH IT i told her to have a look at it half of the muffin was missing she looked at it and said I’ll get you another one very cheekily CARRICKFERGUS McDonald’s your food stinks”
