“We called in today. The place was a mess. Nearly all of the tables available were covered in food, floor covered in food, toilets disgusting. Place was nearly empty when we arrived so it’s not like the staff didn’t have the time to clean up a bit. Also, we are not there often but every time we are order comes in incomplete so we have to go back and ask for item we’ve paid for and the wait to even get the food is about 20 min. Shocking. With the place not even being busy. Food was alright but not worth the price. I highly recommend going to Bangor KFC as it’s always spotless with great customer service and even the food tastes a lot nicer!”

“This isn't a review of one isolated visit, just my experience as a whole. The place is a rank, the toilets stink of who knows what, the tables are always dirty. It is hardly ever busy, so why are the staff struggling? The staff genuinely don't have a clue, the girls as nice as they are are genuinely clueless, and the men are stone faced, miserable and sarcastic. This one women, not sure if she's a manager or what, but she seems to treat her colleagues awfully whenever I see her. Every guy just rolls their eyes. Everyone seems on the edge of a nervous breakdown. And the food isn't even good. I would rather drive out of my way to go get some half decent food that doesn't taste like utter garbage. The place has gone downhill over the past few years. Food: 1/5 | Service:”

“Food was hot and tasty. Staff were helpful to get sauces etc but I ordered at the computer. A little bit dirty inside could benefit from somebody going round brushing floor and wiping tables. No bottled water in stock. All in all a fine KFC.”
