  “Imagine ordering a pizza for collection, just before you leave work on a bank holiday Sunday, hoping to be home with your pizza by 5.30. I ordered 2 gluton free pizzas, apparently that was my first mistake, even if I didn't know it. I was told on enquiry that they can only do 1 gluton free at a time, fair enough thinks I, so I waited, again. I asked again 40 minutes in, sorry, there was only 1 gf base, do you want a refund. NO I don't want a refund, I want 2 pizzas. So this gluton free pizza had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time now and they made me a normal pizza as I requested, this pizza took 15 minutes. Not surprisingly when I got home the gluton free pizza was cold. These 2 young people were the only staff, no manager on a busy bank holiday evening. No one to tell them to inform the customer immediately when they found out there was only 1 pizza. No-one to tell them to offer a substitute quickly or a refund. The pizza was not worth the wait, I would recommend anyone to think twice before eating their time with this store.”

  “Pizza took over 50 mins to arrive. Pizza was not fresh. The fact the cheese was stuck to the box shows it was a long time between cooking and delivery. Crust was too thick to the extent I couldn’t even eat it with a dip even. Had exact same pizza when it just opened and it was great nothing like this.”

  “Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Arrived stone cold, missing dips, and the delivery driver mustn’t understand that a pizza needs to stay flat. Looked like someone put my food in a blender. First and last time ordering from this place. Massively disappointed. Straight for the bin. No one’s answering the phones either.”

  “Yeah pretty terrible, and we love pizzahut... Our cheesy bites crust was burnt, rang a bunch of times noone was answering... The pizza was already 90mins late... So I left a message on their voicemail, noone rang me back... Spending 30£ on a pizza for the bites to be burnt is ridiculous....”

  “Delivery was quick but that's about all that was good. Ordered the Chicken Supreme but was missing the red onions, mixed peppers and olives. Paid extra (£4.99!) for stuffed crust which was truly disappointing as shown in photo. The dough for the base was very odd and not overly enjoyable, heavy and oddly textured. Missing one of the cheese triangles from the side (says 7 pieces only received 6). Extortiante prices for quality of what is received. Won't be ordering again.”

  “if you have a learning disability, do not go here. me and my partner first tried ordering through the app and it wouldn’t let us so we decided to make the drive to Bangor to place the order instore, after explaining to the cashier this situation but really liked a deal we saw online she said no deals instore so we kind of just went ahead with paying full price. This is where i should mention my partner has quite a bad stutter, it gets worse with stress and also worse talking to strangers so already he’s stressed about the website not working and now he can’t even do the deal so he tries to think quickly what he’s wanting. My partner begins to tell the cashier his order and he starts to stutter very severely, the cashier named Lucy (that was her name on the receipt but she was a young blonde girl) proceeded to keep sort of moving her face slightly to the side and pretending to scratch her mouth (very obviously trying to hide she was laughing) then after a while she just point blank starts smirking, to make matters worse she then started trying to finish my partners sentences for him (if you know anyone with a stutter, you know this is incredibly frustrating and dehumanising to them) and he was able to pay but she put through the order wrong but thankfully corrected it fairly quickly, she walked away and stood in a group of three girls and proceeded to start sniggering and glancing over so we decided it was best to wait in the car for our order (20 minutes we were told). We finally go back in and ask if our order is ready and she goes “what order?” ……. she then picks up 2 pizzas and 2 sides and said bye, we assumed they would be right considering it wasn’t a big order, nope, completely wrong. We sat outside for 5 minutes or so before driving off (this is relevant) and headed back to ards, we got home and the pizzas were completely wrong, we rang back and explained and the manager said that apparently she tried to chase after us with the correct order but couldn’t find us (we were parked outside the shop for 5 minutes) and they agreed to send the correct pizzas out, my partners pizza was still wrong, they added olives and peppers when he asked for them not to be on it….all in all we won’t be back. That girl Lucy needs a SERIOUS speaking to on how to deal with customers with learning difficulties and people with disabilities. The pizza itself was very greasy and barely any toppings. The halloumi fries didn’t even taste of halloumi they were so bland.”
