Customer Review Summary
Drinks draw the warmest comments, led by the iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, which one reviewer finds very sweet but delicious, and a white chocolate matcha a friendly cashier suggested. A latte and breakfast tea enjoyed outside, an improved carrot cake and an apple danish also earn praise, while a blueberry muffin was called pretty average. Service splits. Several describe friendly, fast staff and clean tables, with a faulty till handled quickly. Others describe long queues while staff chat, names called too quietly, normal milk served after an oat milk request, and a drink that looked and tasted different from usual being declared correct and not remade. A few mention a slow, grumpy counter, limited seating and a queue running outside at busy times. One visit ended with two drinks easy to spill after the shop ran out of lids.

“We were 1st in line with 2 other customers behind us. We waited maybe 3-5 mins while 2 of the 5 staff were chatting. Not really interested in taking our order. Coffee was good tho. A smile and a bit more attention helps.”

“Really disappointing experience from start to finish. The staff member who took my order acted as though taking my order was the worst thing that could have happened to him. He came across as annoyed and uninterested, which isn't the kind of welcome you'd expect when visiting a coffee shop. I ordered a drink that I regularly buy from other Starbucks locations, but what I was given looked and tasted completely different. When I politely went back to ask if it could be checked or remade, I was simply told that it was the correct drink and made to feel like I was the one in the wrong. What made the experience even worse was that, after I walked away from the counter, members of staff started laughing. Whether they intended it that way or not, it certainly felt like they were laughing at me, which was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable—I simply wanted the drink I'd paid for. Customer service should never make customers feel embarrassed for raising a genuine concern. Sadly, I won't be returning to this location, and I wouldn't recommend it based on this experience.”

“I came in on Saturday and it was quite busy in there, around 11.30am. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and the girl on the till, Meg I believe her name was, was so helpful and suggested a white chocolate matcha, which I had and it was great!! She was super friendly and helpful ☺️☺️ would return just for Meg”
