About Revolution Revolution Cambridge
Revolution Revolution Cambridge is a bar and lounge on Downing Place serving as a daytime cafe and an evening restaurant and cocktail venue. The space includes a rooftop bar area alongside the main room, and the kitchen turns out a menu with gluten-free pizza among the options. Bottomless brunch runs as a daytime feature and comes with a cocktail upgrade, and a 2-for-1 cocktail offer runs alongside the regular drinks list. The format shifts from brunch service into a lounge and restaurant setting later in the day, with food and cocktails available into the evening. The rooftop area gives an additional setting beyond the main floor, and the cocktail list underpins both the brunch upgrade and the standard service.

Customer Review Summary
Bottomless brunch is the clear center of what reviewers describe, with a single server credited by name in nearly every positive review for warm, attentive hosting, constant drink top-ups, and occasional free shots. Diners single out the premium upgrade for cocktails as worth the extra cost, and the gluten-free pizza draws a specific mention alongside a broad drink selection. Close behind, the rooftop bar and 2-for-1 cocktails draw repeat visits, though one reviewer describes the rooftop as nothing special and complains about being charged full price for singles the next day, calling it a rip-off. That same reviewer also reports being ignored at the bar by staff who chatted among themselves. Several reviewers suggest booking the brunch in advance, framing it as their own recommendation. The strongest recurring detail is the server who keeps glasses full and checks in repeatedly throughout the meal.

“First time having bottomless brunch and my goodness, it was absolutely fantastic! The cherry on top, was our waitresses Eve, she was so welcoming and had incredible energy. The cocktails are absolutely banging too, certainly worth upgrading to the premium ones. Highly recommend!”

“Staff stand around chatting to each other while ur standing at the bar waiting to order a drink. Baring in mind it was quiet in there. One of them kept looking at me and walking back and fourth and didn’t serve me useless. 2 for one cocktails was good but went there the next day and got 2 singles cost 18 quid that takes the mick. Rooftop bar is nothing special”
