  “Been ordering here for a few years now, and the half peri chicken and rice is just out of this world. I’d rather order this everytime over Nando’s and you get bigger portions! And it’s a lot cheaper, taste amazing everytime!”

  “Came here today around lunch time was serviced absolutely brilliant by the lad at the front gave me a few options The gym box was a great option definitely recommend and the wings were cooked to perfection Was asked again if anything was needed but all was catered for on the tray Will be coming again 👍”

  “Loved this peri peri spot! The chicken was juicy, nicely grilled, and packed with lots of flavour. The peri peri sauce had the right balance of heat and tanginess without overpowering the food. Sides were fresh, crispy, and good portion size. My only criticism would be the pitta bread — it would be much better grilled rather than microwaved, as microwaving made it quite hard. Apart from that, really enjoyable meal and I’d definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys proper peri peri flavour!”

  “Ordered food! Delivered it extremely late and the staff member was really rude. (AFTER I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL IT) Do not recommend the service is extremely disappointing. After I told them i want the order cancelled they proceeded to not listen and were rude.”

  “Service was quick and efficient, It took exactly 10 mins from the moment our order was taken till it was ready. Screen at the till showing what you’re ordering so it’s quite convenient. Chicken and rice with steamed vegetables was tasty, portion size was good and decently priced. Black panther burger was disappointing, it was not a smashed burger like it said on the menu, rather 2 kid size patties, not sure what that’s about. Spicy chicken burger was average. Plenty of street parking”

  “As a local I regularly eat from Grillo and never been dissapointed, top set of guys working here and not only great prices the foods delicious, in my opinion easily in the top 3 places to eat in Bury. The cheesy chicken chips with jelapenos are divine, I regularly get the gym box which again is so tasty but a great portion. Also tried the quasadella, chicken burrito and the grillo special burger which is a angus beef patty and a peri chicken fillet in a burger together, I can say they are all very tasty and prices are very decent for the area too. Keep up the great work guys may allah bless u all in'sha'allah 🙏”

  “Ordered 14/01/2022: via Uber eats, firstly be prepared to spend £2.99 on top as a ‘service fee’ minus one star for that and of course the high delivery fees on top. Down to the food itself, spending £15 or more you get a free portion of Chilli Cheese Nuggets, which the family said tasted great. The Black Panther Burger tasted really good 👍🏽. The Chicken and Cheese fries even though selected mild option was far too spicy (inedible to family member) so just think about that when ordering, hopefully just us that this happened to. The Grillo Lamb Chops were very good, although portion size small so again ok as a starter but not a main. I’d say 3 stars would be not reflective of the majority of good food so I’d say a low 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Since 14/01 Review ordered again on 27/01/2023 and food and service much better, very tasty and filling portion of chicken and noodles and the flamingo burger was also well received. The peri peri fries are very tasty and was worth a second chance to push the rating to five stars now ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

  “A strong 4.. Lads are nice. They take card payment. Halal food as well. I got the loaded fries and I won’t lie ! It was not the biggest meal a bit on the small side for what you pay but tasted amazing. My colleague got a Cheetos burger and another got a chicken bap I think. Never the less. Portions need to be bigger. Definitely the burgers. The loaded fries can do with more chips more chicken. For the price you pay … you would expect it. Other than that. You need to visit this place and give it a try.”

Just tried today a gourmet beef and peri peri chicken burger double patty and all I can say is I will definitely be going back for another one of those bad boys, keep up the great work guys may allah bless u all in'sha'allah 🙏”
