Customer Review Summary
Food that arrives quickly is what reviewers raise most, with several noting plates come out fast even when the restaurant gets very busy, and one likening the pace to a pit stop. Diners call the chicken tasty and consistent, and one describes the food as normal Nando's quality every visit. Close behind is the staff, described as friendly, welcoming and helpful, with servers who asked newcomers if they had been before so they could show them the ropes. The complaints are small and specific. One reviewer found the great imitator wrap unavailable. Another noticed the 5 piece wings were out of stock while the 10 piece was on offer, and had not realised utensils were self-serve. A third found the quirky layout meant going downstairs from an upstairs table for ice cream and drink refills. One reviewer felt a staff member's shouted "thank you bye" at departing customers sounded sarcastic, with colleagues laughing afterward. The reviewer who missed the wrap still found something else on the menu to try.

“My son and I popped in yesterday evening after he unexpectedly came home for a visit, and, as we often do, headed to our local Nando’s. I think it’s fair to say our experience was akin to a Formula One pit stop in terms of efficiency! We were looked after brilliantly, and everything arrived quickly despite us wanting a relaxed catch-up over dinner. Special thanks to Ashley and Maisie, who were both friendly, welcoming and a real credit to the team. They made a good evening even better. Thanks very much and we’ll be back.”

“I love Nandos but both myself and my partner had food poisoning after visiting here yesterday. Worst Nandos I have been to for food. Service was good though couldn't fault the staff.”

“All the staff were so welcoming and also made a point of asking if we had been here before so they could show us the ropes! Food came super quick and was really tasty. Only negative for me was they didn't have the great imitator wrap available but I was still able to try something else on the menu.”

“I went to Nando’s on Saturday in this branch and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had! Usually when I get a nando’s i opt for the takeaway option as I like the comfort of my own home but as soon as we arrived the service/atmosphere was great. Our waitress, Immy, was the definition of service with a smile and made a large impact on our evening. Thank you!”
