Customer Review Summary
Reviewers who enjoy the food describe the curries as tasty and fresh, with tender chicken and the Keema Paneer singled out, and one first-time customer says it will now be their go-to. A visitor from Bradford calls it one of the best curry places outside of Yorkshire. Delivery is the recurring complaint, and it outweighs the praise in the reviews. Several describe orders arriving hours past the quoted time, cold or only slightly warm, and sometimes missing items such as a rice portion. A few say they rang to ask where the food was and were told it would be cooked only then, and one could not get through on a phone line that kept saying busy. Mistakes also come up: tandoori chicken arriving in a korma sauce instead of butter chicken sauce, with no apology or partial refund, and lamb sent in place of chicken. Another reviewer reports chewy lamb and burnt sag paneer, and says a driver knocked and ran off three times before the food was handed back for a refund.

“My first order from this business and it will now be my go-to. Everything tasted fresh and perfect. I haven't felt so excited by selection of 'indian' food for a very long time.”

“We always get a take out here when visiting from Bradford and it's one of the best curry places outside of Yorkshire. Sometimes a long wait on weekends but the website does warn that.”

“Nearly always really tasty, but they test your patience with the delivery. Today we pre-ordered two hours prior to when we wanted delivery. 50 minutes late, cold, missing some of the order. Not good enough.”

“Ordered at 6.30 and turned up at 9pm . Just as I thought this was going to be my weekly take away spot ! I thought wrong … ordered tonight and can’t believe they even served us this food :( chewy hard lamb , burnt sag paneer , no chilli in curry (main ingredient) chips burnt , no salad ! The whole order was a shambles . Certainly not worth £50. I have arranged for collection and refund but they have still not turned up to collect ?! Edit. - just turned to to collect. At 10pm got a knock on door , opened door and delivery man had ran off ! So called the shop to let them know . They said not to worry they told driver not to worry . Fast forward 5 mins and turns out we have a cherry knocker! Knocked on door and ran away again!! Happened a third time ! I met the delivery driver with absolute rage! I have two children in bed and can not be playing knock knock who’s there all evening !! I handed food back and have now had to turn my door bell off for the evening !! This will definitely br the last time I ever order with this Indian! Angry isn’t even the word !!!!”
