  “Really disappointed with the service. I was charged £8 for delivery even though I live literally 10 minutes up the road, which seems excessive. On top of that, part of my order was missing when it arrived. To make things worse, two of the prices were changed from what I was told over the phone compared to the menu, which wasn’t made clear when ordering. When I called to sort it out, they didn’t seem interested in resolving it properly and wouldn’t let me come and collect the missing items or send what I’d originally ordered out to me. Overall, poor communication and not great customer service. I wouldn’t rush back.”

  “Popped in and ordered food, prawn toast, prawn crackers, chicken chow mein, chips and salt and pepper king prawns, all of it just had no taste to it and everything was so dry, chips rock hard and dry, chow mein absolutely no taste and no sauce dry and tasteless, won't be going back there ever again,”

  “Generally we ordered special chaomian (with sauce ) and beef or pork fried rice. They are very busy most of the time, It’s better to call and order before you go if you want to save the time. Their taste is not too oil and not over salty which is more healthy than others and perfect for us because we usually eat less salt and oil. We are two adults and three little kids share these two portions absolutely enough. But if you really hungry you should order more😉 Their price also nice.👍🏻”

  “Delivery was quick, but the food was disappointing. The flavours were bland, and the Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken was hard and chewy. I was quite let down and won’t be ordering again.”

  “Really impressed with our experience. The Fortune House is everything I could possibly want from a Chinese Takeaway! The food was excellent. The portions were large and the prices very fair. Everything we ordered was hot and fresh. Our service was friendly and extremely quick. I can't wait to return!”

  “Food turned up tonight about 20 minuets wait, great stuff but the crispy chilli beef carten was half empty and when eating it I found a very long black hair. Gross so binned it! Won't be going back ever again. To be honest I only gave it a try as manys were closed as it was Monday”
