  “I've ordered chicken tenders and fries and the tenders was very crunchy and the fries had good flavour but I also I was cravings for dessert so i ordered sprinkle cake but I said no custard but they ended up giving me sprinkle cake with custard but everything else was good and yummy I will definitely come back next time”

  “Chicken fillet burger meal (house sauce & relish) — the fillet itself tasted good and had a distinct flavour, but the burger as a whole didn’t really work. The bun felt low quality and let it down. Chips were a small portion, and the “mac and cheese” topping didn’t really taste like mac and cheese at all, with only a few chicken bits on top — it felt rushed. Customer service was also poor, with staff using inappropriate language around both each other and customers they knew. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on the experience.”

  “Used to be really good. Fresh food, really good customer service and you got what you paid for in terms of quality, Idk what the issue is but recently they've gone downhill, food and service alike. Getting orders wrong, food is not fresh tasting anymore and looks like they kick the food around then pack it up to give you. New kids they hiring on counter put you off ordering with their bad communication skills. Oh well Lost a regular and by the looks of things, will keep losing other customers👍”

  “Brother who take my order was not to a standard it should be dealing with customers as I asked chili sauce on my cheese burger he told me he can’t do it because it’s come the sauce in the tub so I have told to open the tub and put on top of the burger khalas. Haven’t tried my burger yet but would be leaving another review from my partner if it was good or not. Look at the Nashville burger 🤦‍♂️”

  “First time visiting New Jersey Hot Chicken while in Bradford seeing family, and honestly this place is on another level. We’ve tried a lot of spots around here before, but this one really stands out. From the moment we walked in, everything just felt right the atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were friendly, and the service was spot on. Now let’s talk about the food… fresh, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. The Nashville burger and the dip burger? Easily some of the best we’ve had in Bradford. Proper quality, no shortcuts, and you can taste the difference. What makes it even better is the price way more affordable compared to places like Mr T’s and others nearby, but without compromising on quality at all. We’ll definitely be coming back. And if you’re reading this and you’ve seen my other reviews, then you already know I don’t say this lightly this place has seriously hit the spot. Big up New Jersey Hot Chicken keep doing what you’re doing”

  “Had the atlantic box meal which came with cheesy chips, stir fried donner, spicy dipped chicken tenders & nashville chicken burger with a drink too which i chose vimto to pair with this munch. It was amazing, cheese chips, nice crispy exterior, soft interior & lovely cheese sauce - donner, had peppers and had a nice chili sauce to it - spicy dipped chicken tenders, amazing spicy dip sauce and chicken tender had a crispy batter and juicy succulent chicken inside - nashville burger was amazing, juicy succulent chicken with a well seasononed batter, good amount of mayo & salad & good size too - we also got the new jersey special milkshake which was banging, i paid £9.95 for the atlantic box & £5 which is £14.95 but worth every penny & pound. Will come again.”

  “Ordered the nashville combo and it tasted like rubbish. You can see in the photo the mac and cheese was solidified and tasted like mush. The burger wasn’t even coated in the nashville sauce or dressing. The chicken wasn’t crispy tasted soggy and stale. I’ve also attached. photo of what it should look like. overall garbage.”
