“We ordered a meal for collection as they don't deliver, not a problem. However not all food was in the bag when we got it home. We rang them and they suggested we went back to collect it....meanwhile rest of meal going cold. Asked for a refund for missing items, no chance. Next time you order we'll remember and give those items free. Don't think we'll be ordering again. Paid for food we didn't get. Wasn't anywhere near as good as previous visit.”
