About Haniya Desi Café
Haniya Desi Café serves a fusion breakfast menu at Holroyd Business Centre in Bradford, open daily on a walk-in basis. The kitchen makes its own lamb and beef sausages for the Full English Breakfast, alongside fresh-made Halwa Puri and Keema Paratha for those wanting a desi option. Parathas and puris are prepared in house rather than bought in, and the Desi Tea is brewed fresh rather than made from powdered milk. Seating is available both indoors and outside, giving diners the choice of eating in the open air. Families with young children are catered for with high chairs, and the step-free entrance suits visitors with mobility needs. Dogs are welcome on site. The space itself is small, so seating can be limited at busier times. Parking is available to the side of the café for those driving in.

Customer Review Summary
Desi breakfast is the draw here, and the puri and paratha dishes come up most: reviewers single out the halwa puri, chana puri, and a keema paratha described as tasting like a proper homemade paratha with well seasoned keema. Close behind is the desi chai, called the real deal and freshly made rather than powdered or from a packet, with one reviewer praising the karak version. The Full English also earns mentions, mainly for homemade sausages that one diner compares to a cross between a seekh kebab and a sausage, and another reviewer says an omelette was made to a special request. Several describe a welcoming lady owner and a peaceful atmosphere, and many call the prices reasonable. The one complaint comes from a reviewer who still gave five stars: staff ask too many questions at pickup, such as whether the food should be warm or cold and when it will be eaten, which puts that reviewer off returning. One reviewer also notes the café is small and suggests calling ahead when bringing family, since seating may be limited.

“The best Desi breakfast I have had, absolutely spot on! From the service to the presentation to the quality of the food. Just a shame you’re not in Bolton closer to home for me but I will be back! Thank you soo much.”

“I'm giving 5* review because the food is good. However, one thing I do not like is they ask too many questions. For example, every time I pick up my order, they ask will do you want the food warm or cold? If I say warm, they will ask are you going to eat now or later, what time will you eat etc. This is something I don't like which puts me off from going.”
