  “Look, I’m a simple man: if the head chef comes to my table to take the order himself, he already won my heart! ​We’ve tried pretty much every other steakhouse in Bournemouth before this, but hands down, this is the real deal.   “The best experience all round, wasn't sure what to expect when I booked it but honestly couldn't have been better. The selections of different steak cuts was better than anywhere I've been in Bournemouth, sauces were made fresh to order and everyone that works there is super welcoming and cheerful. Only think I regret is not saving enough room for dessert because you have to walk past the most incredible looking fridge of cakes and profiteroles on your way out.”

  “Our first visit to The Bournemouth Steakhouse and definitely won't be the last. Food was absolutely amazing and exceptional value for money. Even got a cheeky extra couple of ounces of meat on one of the steaks. Staff were friendly and attentive. The owner was super friendly and made a point of conversing with all the customers. If you're in Bournemouth, bin off Miller and Carter and head here instead. Apparently Prince William has eaten here, so if it's good enough for the future king, it's good enough for you!”

  “Absolutely outstanding steakhouse with a charming old-school atmosphere! We ordered a medium ribeye steak and a Steak Diane, and both were cooked to perfection. The quality of the meat was excellent, and the attention to detail in preparation really stood out. The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. If you’re looking for a place with great character, delicious food, and a truly enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommended!”

  “If you're looking for Michelin like dining experience, this is definitely not the place. Yet, I gave this place a five star for the value for money, locality, and the super friendly staff. The food are incredibly reasonably priced given how the general environment has been, I paid 40 pounds for those three steaks (steak trio on the menu) and it is perfectly enough for two to share if not too much. I would say this is very well priced even before the inflation and everything. The food quality is alright, not the best I've had but far from anything to the bad spectrum. The steaks were all rightly grilled and remained juicy. The flavour was good enough and might work best with a bit of salt, but they offer four types of mustard so you will find your choice. People are saying it is a family run place, I cannot confirm that, but they do give a very warm neighborhood/family vibe in the place. They are very caring and service are definitely on point. Chatty staff to give you that welcoming feeling. This is a very distinct old fashioned steakhouse that is getting increasingly rare and I recommend it definitely for the dining experience, if I'm rating it by food quality only, it would most likely be a four star.”

  “I've eaten at Michelin restaurants with dress codes and waiting lists that don't come close to the meal I had here today. They have a butcher's counter in the restaurant where the meat is prepared to order, so it can't get much more fresh. Anyone who likes steak simply must visit Bournemouth Steak House.”

  “We went for a birthday meal it was a really busy Saturday night and it was amazing. Best steak I have ever tasted. Comments on other reviews about ‘like a hot knife cutting through butter’ were spot on. It’s a classic steak restaurant which offers a wide range of food and drink and it’s excellent value for money. We will definitely be back.”
