“In would absolutely recommend this place. We had a personal issue and had to call to cancel the order. UberEats charged us for the order regardless of the the fact that the restaurant cancelled the order. UberEats refused to issue a refund but when spoke to store manager Amir, he was very professional, listened to us and checked the accounts and he saw that they had been paid for the order and offered us the refund. This is an excellent example of great customer service. We spent most of the refund at the restaurant there and then and enjoyed the lovely food! Lovely place”

“I ordered a takeaway out, the people working there I found very genuine, humble and welcoming. the turn around on the food was quick and the portion size was massive. I would recommend this place for a protein fix or even an alternative on a Friday night.”

“Come in to get a taste pot with pasta, blatantly said pasta, got served chips instead. when I went up to ask her we wanted pasta and not chips proceeded to say “i asked you if you wanted chips and you said yes” when she never even asked at all if i wanted chips. she then said i needed to pay extra for pasta instead of giving me the right dish. it was her mistake why am i paying extra? not sure of her name but she wears glasses. such a shame because i regularly come here so i know what im asking for. very rude. I only gave three stars because everything else is ok and had not had a problem until today. totally disappointing.”

“A random find on uber eats, fast delivery and delicious food. I had half a chicken and piri chips, enough for two who don’t eat massive portions. Absolutely delicious and would defo order again. Thank you so much 🙏🏽”

“RAW CHICKEN, found multiple bits of raw meat in my wrap. Raised this with the store had no response for a refund or an apology. Next step has meant I am now contacting HQ.”

“I normally go to the Marston Green branch, but I happened to be near the Great Barr location and decided to give it a try — and I’m so glad I did! The food was honestly amazing. Everything was full of flavour and the portions were perfect. The thing I loved most was that the food was extra saucy, exactly how I like it. Every bite was packed with flavour and you could tell it was freshly made. The place itself was really nice too. Everything was clean and tidy, and the atmosphere inside felt cosy and welcoming which made the whole experience even better. I also have to give a big shoutout to Amir who served us. His service was top notch from start to finish. Even though they were closing, he kindly waited an extra 10–15 minutes so we could finish our food without rushing us. That level of customer service is rare these days and it really meant a lot. Genuinely a great guy with real working-class energy — the kind of person who makes you want to come back again. Overall, a fantastic experience. Amazing food, a great atmosphere, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back to this branch again!”

“Uncooked chicken with red blood was delivered to me. I called the store and they said they would refund….but I must make my way to the shop to get the cash refund huh!, but I had paid by card online. Went to the shop the next day for the refund as couldn’t get there the same day (although I paid online for delivery apparently they couldn’t refund back to my card) arrived at the shop to be told by ‘manager’ that I should have come the same night for the refund. I’m 2 bus journeys away and it was 8:30pm so would have taken me over an hour to get there, as I didn’t have my car. I will never eat from them again. #Salmonella”

“When you walk in it's fairly welcoming. Looks nice however, looking at the menu it's fairly pricey compared to some places. For a wrap and chips it was £9 something.. almost £10. No drink included. Portion sizes are questionable for this price Friend ordered a burger for her son and it was really embarrassing. Too far to even bother driving back. There was more packaging than burger. Wouldn't go there again”
